I agree that interblockchain operability is the way to go. On the other hand I think as well that with more and more blockchains emerging, it's dividing the funds people are willing to spend on web3. So are the developers which have to be divided over all the blockchains.
On the other hand, we're still rather early adopters so I believe way more people (and thus funds) will roll in in the (near) future!
Great write-up!
I think that the division of liquidity and divided developers are exactly the problems that interoperability will solve. Dapps already built on a certain network will simply work with other networks without having to rewrite the code.
I also think that as web3 becomes a more seamless user experience, more and more normies (and their funds) will come use these tools.
Yes, maybe you're right that interoperability will indeed solve the issue of developers. If everything is connected, than you don't hae to create similar dapps over and over.
Thanks for your reply!
Definitely agree with the general adoption bringing more people to web3 and thus more funds!

That underwater cable installation video was interesting. I knew about them, but this is the first time I've seen it. It is a good representation of what is happening in Hive. We are finally getting better connection to other blockchains with the LeoDex. Together with the Smart Contracts, more possibilities have opened. I agree that maximalism is not the way. I feel like it will just be another currency controlled by the rich and powerful. Multi tokens and cross chain is the ideal scenario.
It's awesome to see multiple blockchains being connected like we're witnessing with LeoDex. This is the way for adoption of blockchain to happen. At the same time, I feel like we're early enough to make life changing gains. What a time to be alive and in web3.
I don't think it's EVER too late to buy bitcoin. I will always buy some bitcoin, all the way up to $1,000,000. Some alts are definitely in early stage.
Pues está sucediendo amigo. Prácticamente cualquiera puede tener acceso a internet.
Dime qué piensas del tema de mi artículo. Crees que en 10 años habrán más cadenas de bloques que trabajen juntas o una sola que le ganará a todas las demás?
I think it is normal for every crypto holder to have more than one wallet and also trade on more than one exchange. But you mentioned that we should use more wallets so we can make bigger transactions. Can’t we make huge transactions on an exchange alone?
For users, it means we have to have multiple wallets, browser extensions, different dapps and of course, it also means having to fork over your government issued photo id and phone number to an exchange company that will charge you a fee and could potentially confiscate your assets.

These are exciting times indeed. Some might think it is a bit late to join the BTC craze, but the alts are still in its early stage.

I think HIVE is in its early stage.
Interesting. I don't know at what value I'd stop, but 1M is definitely too high for me haha. I'm currently betting on Hive and Splinterlands tokens.

Creo que habra una gran fusión de una unica red..
Una red gigante de blockchains? Polygon 2.0 ya está dando algunos destellos de interoperabilidad entre cadenas EVM.
Interesante, gracias por la información hermano hiver

I actually didn't mention we should use more wallets.
My article is about the benefits that blockchain interoperability could provide.

I'm describing the current problem that users face due to segregated blockchain networks.
