Yes, the INLEO boys made an integration with 3Speak to make a short video feed for the platform. It's not working at the moment so folks are using workarounds such as this one:

this place has the shorts button but when I press the button to upload I see an empty screen. Great plan with the shorts it'll look like TikTok but without the censorship

I believe it's still down. Don't know what the problem is because I went to 3speak and it seemed to be working so devs need to look into this
