I don't know because there are no author rewards and there is like a 10% tax. But I feel the project is good for the community and bought 10 so I can get dividends. I don't know about the demand for it though.

For atleast 1 month from now I can guarantee the POB APR to be above 150% . So POB is a good bet right now than UTOPIS .

Hehe yeah if you aren't curating make sure you don't even miss a day because everyday makes a difference of 10-20 POB for the curation account since it is still in early stages.

It only makes sense that it will keep dropping. Most things do (except EDS which keeps increasing in APR).
