Making 1K comments in a month isn't as easy as some people make it out to be, so 1K comments a week would be taxing no matter how much HP/LEO Power someone had.
One factor is having sufficient HP. If you try this with 300 HP or less, you run the risk of depleting your Resource Credits at an alarming rate, then you have to take time off for the RCs/mana to regenerate.
Just as bad is when you take that time off. Once a week is OK since you can pick up 20% RCs overnight. Go nonstop until your RCs are at some ridiculously low number like 0.11%, however, then you need to take off 5 days-- that's killer.
You are absolutely right and agree with every word that I read in your comment. Yes, it is very important to maintain a balance of power, this is indisputable, but in every case there are exceptions to the rules. You can never predict what exactly will be your leap forward. Perhaps, sometimes, one should run along the razor's edge, becoming a berserker who does not know the way out. Yes, one week of inactivity is not the most pleasant thing, but it is possible that the previous week will completely cover your mental and physical costs and, the combination of two weeks of activity and downtime, will turn out to be cost-effective.

Tell that to my sciatic nerve, which hurts and numbs my whole leg, from taking too long to write comments). I had to drink painkillers, and this is a clear loss, they are not cheap)
