it honestly shouldn't have happened in the first place. The APR should have never gone above 10% going from 20% to 15% feels like you're taking away from people and has the opposite effect. Slowly increasing the rate over time would have been looked at as possitive.

i think it should stay at 20% as long as it's sustainable. right now it is, and doesn't look like that's changing any time soon.
