I didn't include disclaimer as I realized now I should have, I think I am the only one that got injured so far 🤣 so try at your own risk , the series will continue but there is some lessons I learned that I will share next Monday.

Well I think what happened is I haven't worked out in a long time and I pushed some muscles in my back really hard and they were weak and in this state I did a bad movement and then I pulled something and now my back is in rough shape, it was just a little tricky because my back felt fine after it was some time after the exercise that I did some sort of funny movement
