It is not the 4fold, don´t forget the curation rewards with which you also help others. I think 12,5% is not that great, given that Binance has a history of unreliability. They can stop withdrawals any time, happened to me already.

changelly, simpleswap, stealthex can do the work for you anonymously (they use binance), for a tiny fee of course
also https://www.coinex.com/es does not ask you for KYC
