I believe that when the approval comes, the journey of the SEC´s president should also come to an end. It lacks credibility, only delaying something that is not delayable

I completely agree. There have been many news reports from within the SEC itself saying that there are no reasons not to approve the ETF. I think at this point, Gensler is left alone and has no other way out but to approve it
