Good point. Do you think that at some point they made it a personal matter? That it got a little bit too personal for Gensler. Like a crusade or something. Been thinking about it like that lately.
I completely agree. There have been many news reports from within the SEC itself saying that there are no reasons not to approve the ETF. I think at this point, Gensler is left alone and has no other way out but to approve it
Yeah, so by prolonging the approval because of some point he needed to prove, he just ended up harming his own reputation. It's actually pretty sad when people can't let go and let things go too far.
He lost control of the situation. I don't think he could have imagined that things would escalate to this extent. He essentially shot himself in the foot

They might transfer it to a multinational company or something similar. It's incredible how those people, no matter how outdated they may be, never lack work. It's amazing in a world that advances so quickly
Tell me about it, perhaps those positions and the bureaucracy around it make them stagnant and therefore outdated .
