I think it is important for a leader to delegate jobs / tasks to its members so that they feel part of the project or community and so everything is fluid and does not stagnate.

It really is a good point, having someone to delegate the important functions of a community and direct people's work and focus is everything a community needs to feel alive and stay alive. If people just stay there, nothing will move forward, it is necessary to have this organization among the members.
