I honestly do not believe there are right or wrong users. It all boils down to the platform. The platform defines how users interact. The platform is there to meet the needs of the users. So it is left to them to define their value proposition to the customer in the case of a business.
I understand your point. And in those cases, just as it happens in real life, we have to respect other individuals, following what we in common consider honest, decent, correct and advantageous for all. That promotes peace and coexistence
For me the good or bad users come to a play when we are a community building, you are aware of the issues and still trow trash to your own people instead of helping. Other than that, the platform will be used as it looks like that could be used. even tikok got so famous but because people decided to use it like they wanted, not like they created it.
in this instance, the community can oust such persons--limit rewards or engagement. If someone isn't doing things that improve the community then such persons shouldn't enjoy the benefits of a community.
However, with crypto it is dicey. You cannot police everything. You just have to create a standard and the best way to do that is to reward the best and only the best.
Good and bad, depending on the context, can become subjective, especially when it comes to ethical and moral behavior, and this in turn becomes a breeding ground for philosophical issues of freedom of thought.
As a founder, one way to brood engagement in your community is to encourage those who does that in your community with kinds and encouraging words, a follow, and possibly a reward system, those as it ways of getting more people to engage.
That's true. The founders have their role to play in growing the community and they also have a lot to do towards making the project exciting and interesting.
When they set expectations and do it right, it will help engage the community.
Maintaining a community and having retention is not an easy task; it requires perseverance, commitment and determination. There will be highs and lows, and it is in the lows that the greatest test lies.
That's right Eli. You are so right. Maintaining something over time and that this lasts, is maintained and continues to be good for people and for oneself, is a challenge. Keep betting on the good stuff. Although the tests awaken talents 🤗
On the lows you meet the most resilient members of the community, the ones that really are there for the long run and believe in the project... it would be nice them to give them something extra, not to use them to keep you alive and then everything goes back to the big investors that see the opportunity and since they do have the money, they take all the best and the base layer community stays the same
I believe that there should also be recognition from those who lead a project or community, to those who are always there and who work in favor, I have also seen those who will dismiss or steal the ideas of their team.
To maintain the strength of the community we must work together and not individually, always throwing our best effort and discipline , only then we will see real results in #hive.
To keep a community active or running, it's always a two way horse contribution, the founder and the user's, working together comfortably matter's alot and it's help such project to grow faster.
so, emotional connection is important. The connection is just something that has to be there. It's normal for people to support a project they've connected to
For me, emotional connection shouldn't be exercise while going into a project, it's longevity and value should be access instead of getting attached emotionally.
Utilities is essential, irrespective of how big or small the community is, when their is lot of utilities derived from a project, users will stick to it and also add value, it's always give and take at times.
The founders need to be involved in engagement. They should try and follow up with the engagement of the community. Like if members make a tweet or reblog a community post, the leaders should try to engage with these. They have to be present and connect with the communication of the members. When founders lead from the front, the members would follow.
I would appreciate conversations away from the NFT lens. I really cannot connect with this narrative around mints and NFTs. That's just a sect of crypto I am not used to. Crypto is much broader.
there should be management in all that people do, even in money management, enteusting someone on a project should be someone who we can trus to lead a project
I did not know them. It is exciting to know other projects that can join Hive, knowing all the benefits that this blockchain has, good luck to all. @breads
wow that's so amazing, a big thank you to the Inleo team for sponsoring the $50 giveaway, also thanks to the other person that sponsored NFT, that's cool, oh a customize profile is also part of the prize.
Let's do this.
If you're still sleeping, you gotta be up.. So much give away..$50 and nfts, just repost the space, bookmark and be active on the threadcast. Easy peasy my frens.
Time to learn more about community and NFTs. Bread must be a LeoAmbassador as his shows on X spaces promote the InLeo and Hive Blockchain. Attract more users on the ecosystem and keep them active.
It is very true that we must attract more users to this ecosystem and keep them active. We must continue with these spaces and learn much more about the Blockchain Hive.
the role is very appreciative and keep the community engaged on X spaces too. More people will be attracted to Hive Blockchain. Keep them active and engaged too
Ohhh... Boyyy. INLEO is hosting a $50 giveaway for a lucky someone during the Breads show. The only catch is to participate in the X Space and also be on the threadcast.
The time is here! Wake up everybody let's learn a new thing. I couldn't hear anything again on the space, hope it has been fixed. Because I never want to miss out. Because good prices awaits
We've been awake all along. It's great to have you here. I hope we'll learn a lot. Sorry about being able to hear anything for a while. Glad everything's fine now.
Giveaway loading, I memean 50$ is no joke I can't help but giggle buh I'm curious, how and in what form are we gonna get our prizes and I hope it's gonna be specified so we actually know it's from @breads
as early as it is over here, it's definitely a good time to learn more and also to win. There are sure lots of giveaways for this space, a $50 and NFTS... Wao
I really like this topic, so what recommendations can you give us to keep the community active, especially when users don't give it life, or simply have forgotten about it? I ask because I want to keep my community active
Something that I have seen that works is to be consistent and learn what your community is interested in or what you bring to it and focus on that, provide quality content and also integrate your community into what you do.
If I may ask, whais NFT? and who are my communities? I really want to understand everything about #inleo and zealy campaign. Seriously am here for learning though, web 3 pays us as we learn
Like you it is my first time in the campaign 🥰 It helps a lot to ask questions, as you are doing. You will do well 🤗. We continue to learn. A NFT is an image that can be bought or sold. It is an asset, so it costs money.
The topic about community has been an interesting topic that has gotten my intension since the last zealy campaign. it will be great to learn more about keeping a community active and getting the participants in the community active.
You are right. Those of us who are continuously participating in Zealy's latest campaigns are practically forming a team, a #community, able to use our resources better for a common purpose and also to teach others
You on point. We are family already and we already know the main go of this campaign is to get in new users into this space. Its has been easier for us to interact and share ideals with each other.
Keeping the community engaged is an arduous task because you have to motivate users daily, and this is an ant's job, as each user has a unique peculiarity, so you have to know how to modify it daily
I believe that community engagement is something "alive", all leaders must always "pull content that interests and engages the community, otherwise failure will be something real
its quite important to keep community engagement going, most especially after mint, and having such consistency is the soul and drive that keeps the community members going, the important of growth especially in term of engagement is num1
Another important factor in keeping a community engaged is constant updates and news. No one wants to continue in a community that has stopped in time. And citing names, I give the example of POB, which had great potential that was wasted.
The community is the main thing in a project, I think that a good way to keep the community always happy, is a good communication as well as taking into account the feedback given by the community.
Yes, consistency helps keep people together. When the vibe is there, there is an interesting engagement, and all help keep together after the mint. So, the community needs to be fully alive to make things work.
It is super encouraging with the all round rewards on this show, a lot to gain and a take home package to everyone who participates. $50k is quite interesting.
Having this conversation about the Community Engagement for 17 weeks in a roll is a great thing. I agree that one way of building community engagement is by building a close group where you get to bring everyone close.
First of all, you need a good team that can be very attentive to your community. There's no point in having a good project if your team can't provide good support to them
For me, I will say keeping your community engage after mints has to do with one factor which is; Do what you say you will, when you say you will, keeping to your promise's is vital an that will help them trust your project too.
Community engagement is key to improve interactions between different users in the community and builds a strong relationship with founders and community members.
well keeping a community more engaged even after mint definitely has to do with growth and constant engagement with consistency, it's definitely not a time to relax from hardwork but a time to add more effort.
Are there any communities that get talked about that are not NFT based.
Hive is so not a NFT community/platform.
The NFT platforms we do have to mint etc are rather poor.
Still want to know what Mint is all about and. Am sorry for asking too many questions. It's because I want to understand what am doing. So that I will be able to explain to my recruits iif am telling them about #inleo and zealy
Set expectations will help you to keep community busy even when there is a little break because you already know where and what to do at any point in time.
In summary, the two ways to keep your community engaged after mints are; to keep your community busy, and stay consistent even if it's a slow growth are keys and then set clear expectations.
Setting a clear plan is indeed essential for successful community engagement as it provides structure, transparency, and direction, ensuring that goals are understood, , and diverse perspectives are included.
I believe to achieve this you have to constantly keep them engaged, carry them along in the process of growth and offer activities that will keep them with you
that's right, adding value to the community can keep the community active and engaged. Help them to know specific needs from the projects. They act as overseer that engage with others.
Doing anything over kills the work for real like there must a balance to maintain the system. That’s a really good thought of having clear expectations which will necessarily be helpful.
Also, communication, constantly, the anxiety that can be produced by the project just going silent is wild. Imagine listening to those promises and then all the social media doesn't post for a month, if people put money forward, they will be fuming, and if it was a free airdrop, people will forget about it haha
Sustain post-mint buzz! Foster community dialogues on Discord, Telegram. Conduct regular AMAs, introduce gamification, and extend NFT utility. Stay active on social media, collaborate with influencers, and prioritize community feedback.
When members have a clear understanding of the engagement's purpose and process, they are more likely to stay engaged over the long term. This contributes to sustained community involvement.
But even after setting expectations I think a lot of supervision is needed, not set expectations and go back to bed, there should be a consistent way of encouragement.
Because the founder is setting up a good example
Keeping your community engaged is no small task. I believe the leaders have to find a way to keep their users motivated. Bring interesting stuff for them to discuss and maybe organize that some giveaways from time to time. Have a clear plan
I think the leaders of the web3 community might want to take a break post-mint because they feel they have done a lot of stuff during and before mint. But then when there is a timeline on which the project works, then the break happens but not viewed in a negative light. So engagement reduces with regards to the timeline but its still great.
The founders are important part of a community, but the users in the community are the root, because without users participating and add value to the community then it is likely to crumble.
Maybe you could elaborate more on what is meant by 'after mint' as most of us are not familiar with this aspect. An exploration of the term first could give us more insight.
I love that idea,so having a clear expectations of what you want to achieve is one way to brood engagement, and being the founder of such community, then you've a role to play, by leading the pack with your engagement & it encourages users
Yes I agree, I believe that the basis for having an active community lies in having clear objectives, encouraging everyone to do their part to make the project grow and being a good leader. With these qualities, growth is a matter of time.
A lot is required to keep a community engaged. First we first need to be committed to be active. We also need to see the good I'm subscribers and encourage them. We don't need to focus on one person but one everyone in the group.
I like the idea of clear expectations and leading from the front. Let the community members know how things are going, be there to engage with them. They will definitely stick with you knowing that they are valued.
Is everything in crypto a community? From what I am getting from the conversation the speakers are comparing businesses to a community. I don't think they are the same.
One thing to help a community remain relevant is to stick to one theme. Instead of focusing on different aspects area to get more attention, it better they focus on one, get people to know them for that and grow themselves
Community is everything, goals must be set, roles must be given out, everyone has a part to play in building a good community and this is not built overnight. It’s a gradual process.
Money is always a nice way to get people engaged but when you develop that trust and connection with your community, you wouldn't need to always motivate with money
I think though money is a nice way of motivation to get people engaged, developing trust and connection wouldn't help much if you aren't making their experience a great one in the community, so money is key lol
Being a community leader carries with it a responsibility, in view of the fact that others are watching you, and if we go in the wrong direction, we will lead several others off a cliff as well. We have to watch our steps and have a north
A lot is required to keep a community engaged. First we first need to be committed to being active. We also need to see the good In subscribers and encourage them. We don't need to focus on one person but on everyone in the group.
That's an interesting point. How do you find that balance between incentivizing engagement without getting to the point that you are just paying people for "fake" engagement? Million dollar question. Sometimes quite literally
From my side and observation in order to keep your community engaged after minting NFTs and all, you as the community founders or creators of the projects you should communicate or interact with your community. be always present.
Leaders atas the name implies should lead the way, a committed leader sets an example for the community and of course they this point endeavor to follow suit. Do not make rules and expect the community to abide by them when you ain't.
The founders have a key role to play in sustainability, just as they are different approach to a particular task, I think if a particular pattern has been established, a close watch should be placed on the reviews.
It is necessary to keep the community engagement after mint, the engagement is necessary to keep community going and this can be done only with everyday consistency expecially from the team and so on. The founder also have lots to do.
A slow growth will impact on the community badly according to according to Joey to keep your community engaged there should be this expectation. There should be a clear expectation not going for the higher higher or low low.
What can you recommend to act users and keep them interested in a community, I know it is not easy and you have to provide value or knowledge, but, what else can you tell me about it, I don't know, something like sweepstakes, more benefits?
for a community to be engaged is wholly dependent on the community leaders, they need to put measures in place to keep the community blossoming even after the mint. Just like you said, the should have clear expectations of what they are doing.
Honestly Setting clear expectations is actually a right way for community engagement. So as to avoid certain mistakes Founders makes during the mint period which is over hyping and over selling. So clear expectation it is.
that's a brilliant talk, recognizing the work of the community can be very important and compensating those efforts can equally retain the community.
I'm just hearing of the onchain monkeys for the first time.
It's a give-and-take something, you attract what you are worth, so create a system that will attract people to come in and engage if you want a community that will be stable. Great point @joeyvowels
So the founder should be present, they should be able to see your commitment. So when the leader isn't do right and keeping a clear expectation then it's going to be an issue.
From my little time in the crypto-space, a sure way to keep your community engaged after minting will be to give regular updates [very important], accept feedbacks, AMAs & well setup reward system. Most pump & dump coins don't offer this.
I think rewards is a way of appreciation, yes it will also motivate people to do more buts everyone loves being appreciate no matter how small, ist with banana 🍌😜😜?
when there is motivation, the spirit to keep going will be high. Some are not self-starters by nature so the need some extra Push to keep going so appreciating community members is not a bad idea
Leadership involvement often extends beyond project timelines, and attributing reduced engagement solely to post-mint fatigue does not capture the nature of community leadership.
Listening to the community and acting on feedback creates a two-way street of understanding. A project that values and implements suggestions not only aligns with its vision but also cultivates a true sense of belonging among its members.
I agree 100%. Users like being valued and need to feel they are a part of the project. Listen to your community and implement the good ideas they have. Making your users have real sense of belonging is a way to keep your community engaged
Commendation spurs up the desire to do more, I mean when you appreciate your community members for their little efforts, they feel indebted and at this point they'll be motivated and encouraged to do more
I think you are right, the use cases are really something it must be taken into account when you create a project revolving a token. If there's no use case, the community will go astray easy and fast. The project should be sustainable!
Yeah, value is another thing. We should create value and help the community see the value we are creating . No one wants to remain in a community without value. Value is greatly needed.
Throwing the baton over to your community members too is always important
Want to empower your communities? Why not let them suggest and build utilities for you? We know, it’s a new way of thinking but it’s gonna be good to keep them active
I do understand you breads, giving rewards to community members is not bad at all but then iif that's the only reason why community members are engaging then there would be a problem when the reward is not there.
I agree, users want to feel like they matter and as much as having an expectation is important, it’s good to also make it a point to acknowledge the users
When we create a community we have to think about their needs as well, what they are interested in and how we can bring benefits to them. Making them part of it is important to keep them aware of our content.
Yes, it is important to find people to form a group that is responsible for creating this participation in an intelligent way and creates interest in users.
Honesty and transparency is everything. As a founder you must live by example, you are a motivation to other community members so you must behave accordingly.
Money is a tool to get users in a community active to be honest, most people are in for what to gain than what they would achieve if they join the founder to build the community.
Value is essential for community engagement, we want to create impact and make the community members feel indebted, they wouldn't wanna miss out on the impact and value circulated in the community
Yes like how do you tell an intelligent being what to do? Because they actually know what to do, so I thought engagement is the power button here. It's how you tell them your doing something.
Leaders, through their active engagement, not only demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm but also inspire others to become equally invested in the community's well-being.
I think most times value breeds engagement. If there is no one(The Founder) around to make the whole community engagement spirit brews up then people tend to be less bothered about the whole community engagements.
Salamander (I think) made a great point. Having a founder that's active and leading by example is crucial. I have invested in more than a few projects just because I felt I could trust that the person or people in front of it would not bail on the community
What you mention is very important 💯 Leading by example is something that has a great effect in almost all cases. In almost any area of life. In a company, in the family, at work, etc. Words move, example anchors ⚓ Provides stability.
If you want to improve the engagement in your community as a founder, then you should be ready to lead by example, you should be the one doing this things seeing you do them will attract and encourage your users to do same. So get to work
a platform cannot grow just because rewards are always thrown around. So in this case, the community leaders needs to build their brand and give it more value by employing tactics that would make it grow organically and keep them engaged.
One way for a project to grow is by inviting users to be part of that growth, involving them in various tasks, and of course, the well-deserved rewards.
The founder needs to lead because without their active vibes, engagement may be lost. I can't surely be active in a server if it is not filled with that vibe to pull me in. That's just my thoughts.
One of the best way to keep your community engaged after minting will be to give regular updates, accepting feedbacks/suggestions, AMAs(very important) & well setup reward system, doing this will be quite impactful…
Leaders are the key to the destiny of a community, according to their efforts, activities and the time they dedicate to it will be an important factor for their users to remain active.
The leader’s impact must be felt and that helps to motivate the rest of the community members as they follow suit thereby creating room for growth for each and every member of the community. A bad leader or founder will kill the community
Encourage community members to create fan art, memes, or other creative content related to your NFTs. Share and promote this content to showcase the passion and talent within the community.
You know people naturally do not like being where they aren't valued or not given the opportunity to be themselves. So I believe that valuing the members and appreciating their engagement once in a while will greatly help.
People love to show what they got. Just like you said: people naturally do not like being where they are not value. Many admins today are making the mistake of over looking many subscribers, and trust me this has over time cause issues.
The developers have a lot to do. Every holder wants to feel the connection with the developer, so retweet their meme, post and the rest instead of leaving them as if they are doing something different.
It is necessary to expand and engage a community consistently even after a mint; accept feedbacks; it is not the time to take a break from hard work but rather to put in more effort for a bebetter outcome
Exactly my dear, you are on point, the power of engagement should not be underestimated, just like you have said, it is necessary to accept feedbacks after minting, this is when more work should be done for greater outputs, noice nkem…
Another thing to keep in mind is that, If you’re going to be a success in the NFT world you need to think beyond launch, and harness interesting and effective ways to build a strong community around a project.
"The weeds and banana's conversation" Yes hard to follow😆
As Breads said: ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS ✅.
Tbf Santa giving the community a sense of belonging to something greater than just the mint is a great way to go.
the community plays a very important role, but without a good leader, whether the founder or not, no community can survive for long.
You need someone to help mediate disagreements, encourage good ideas to be put into practice and even in a 100% decentralized community a leader is necessary!
How does the community choose what they do? When everything has different points and ideas? If the founders are not giving some kind of guide line, how do the community move?
ownKeeping the community engaged by sharing updates, offering rewards, hosting events, and involving them in decisions. Create a space where everyone feels valued and part of the journey.
That's True. Humans don't like to be told what to do. And so I think an intrinsic motivation is the main factor that can get genuine engagement moving.
I agree with this, it's the owner's decision; they buy for different reasons and they will be the ones to decide what it is they want to do with their assets.
As a founder, the community engagement start from you if you want to make it go far then you have to encourage your team by engaging first, some team members won't work if the founder is not doing anything , it's nice to lead my examples.
But sometimes you engage with the community and it's like dead. Even the founder doesn't show interest in you or what you got. If founders are "too busy" to engage with you, I think they should appoint someone at least to do that job!
Yeah, as a founder, it is a Key and a very important step for you and your team to be a very active and vibrant people that frequently engage with your members or community. Encourage them the more and also make sure you put up challenges that will keep them involving always. Don't forget to appreciate their efforts and reward them accordingly and that is what will bring them back later when you need them the most.
That's awesome! Sometimes I get discouraged when I want to engage with projects and I don't get any reaction back. Thank you for your comment! !PIZZA !PGM !CTP !BBH !HUESO

Who does not know Garyvee. He got my intention on IG with they way he speaks and talk about growing business and never backing down on achieving your goals.
Community founders should lead by example, people just want a sense of belonging, which means founders should get their followers involved and they automatically connect with the community without being told to do so.
I think we can grow our community even after mint by creating Partnership with complementary NFT projects or communities to cross-promote each other and organize joint event.
Reward pools has always been one of the tools to get a community active. People are drawn to benefits and if they see they can make a couple of bucks or get value then they will be invested in participating in community activities.
I don’t think a community can be coordinated by a single person. Before a community is created, there should be a blueprint and a group of people with the same mindset to run it for the first 1 year. This set of people will keep it relevant
The term community by itself implies that it must be done as a team, there are many things that involve a project of interaction and creation, therefore it cannot be done alone, creating yes, but never managing.
I saw a video here on the threads the other day showing the power of the first follower and I thought it was incredible... the community has to be involved or the ideas will be incredibly difficult to develop.
It is certainly not easy to maintain a community, the ideal would be that several people work together, but nevertheless, I think that (at the beginning when it is still small) if it can be maintained with the work of a single person.
Are you for real that a single person can maintain a community at the beginning cause I feel they will get tired at a point and might want to give up if the community isn’t showing signs of growth
apart from their active engagement with others on the community by the projects founder and donors, they can constantly tip or give value as a way to keep the community activated and engaged.the giveaways have a great impact on the community
In my few years in the crypto and NFT space, I've realized that projects that want to dictate what and how people should use their coins or NFTs; it ends up hurting them.Allow them do what they want cause it their investment at the end.
Yeah, I've also see that, some people gets to maxi they don't let people do what they want, but those same are maxi with a project but then call all the other ones shit, or use them to take profit to invest in their favorite one
And when we have years of experience with Web 2 we can tell the difference. And others notice it, in the way situations are addressed, the way communities and support groups are created, and the way sensitive issues are dealt with.
Minting depends on what the participants sees in the assets they are holding. Working with what has been established is just the holders preference. The founders can as well see that the assets engagements is worth it
I sometimes do wonder how come people invest in so much in NFTs, like the kind of huge monies they use in purchasing those artifacts and stuffs. Don't they really know much about web3 platforms like Hive blockchain where they can earn more for curating and also creating content or engaging with others? It's high time we teach these people about the Hive blockchain.
What I believe is still missing for Hive to be attractive enough to people from outside and also to those who are here, is more opportunities for other cultures and languages. I think this would make a big difference in engagement.
I don't think there is a language barrier to being in Hive and building here, simply because it is universal. Anyone can organize, build a community and make it grow with people who share the same ideals, culture, language, etc.
As a Brazilian, having been here for 5 years, my experience says otherwise. People in Brazil would love a place like Hive, and many have already come, but having to write in English is something that puts them off.
Interestingly, the last thread, in which I warned about the problem, arrived, haha. But, in short: most people in Brazil don't speak English,so it's difficult for them to engage, network, because they will always depend on online translators.
At the same time, it is exactly the financial aspect that will attract people to web 2. Unfortunately, this is the main difference between Hive as a whole and other platforms.
I understand what Jordan is saying. It is necessary to create a space so that people really feel like creating, sharing and truly engaging and not just for money, but this is very difficult to do.
It is important to note that the point at which a participant joins the community would determine how they will interact with the community. However, every participant should understand what the community represent and engage in that way..
My opinion, for a community to grow you need a good team raising something alone is more complicated my question is how do you get those valuable members with the right mindset and help you grow with the community? In a team you grow faster
Good equipment is undoubtedly necessary. Having a support network based on trust is not easy. Along the way we will find people who add up and others who don't, so we must learn and know how to value those who add up.
That's right, that's what I was referring to, it's vital to have a good team, but I guess that's part of being a leader, choosing the ones that add up and discarding the ones that don't.
Could it be the same engaged? Something like consuming the content of others (some prospective team member). See if their way of working and attitude can contribute to growth. I don't have much experience in that, but I think it would help.
Exactly, this is very important, to observe their attitude and commitment with the project and with their own personal growth, these are the people who add up, the intention counts a lot, that's what I see.
i Agree with you, empowering and building with your people definitely helps to build the community engagement. Everyone definitely would love to get involved which is a good thing.
Exaggerating promises of rewards by founders are is not a good way ot trying to keep the community. many will disappear once those promises are not met.
Money is the driving force for most things. You want people to work fast, give them money, so I think in a community where every one makes money it would be easier for marketing as most people would want to benefit.
It would be a win-win. There are those who can do a little more without a monetary incentive, but if you are a serious project, there is nothing better than compensating those who work with you.
Working together as a community, encouraging each day with initiatives, activities and rewards, is a good way to maintain that support and growth within the ecosystem.
Communities can't grow with hard working content creators but in a situation where their efforts or work are not appreciated, they tent to withdraw same from the community. Something must be done to encourage them
Sure, content creators should be rewarded for their hard work but incentivizing people to stay in a community is not a good way. rewards should be based on the work they do.
The NFTs have something interesting and it starts with tokenizing them but I think it's a lot of money on something that may not have that much value like for example Hive and their blockchain that is literally changing lives, this is value
I'm so happy i joined the space. I've learnt a thing or two and just listening to these lengends in what they do is an honor. I think what is being talked about is not limited to communities but also like personal brands, you know
Founders should actively participate in community discussions, listen to feedback, and implement community-driven initiatives. Transparent communication about project updates and future plans also builds trust and engagement.
Very well said. Most people want to get updated with what's happening, they don't want to be kept in the dark when it comes to something they are involved in.
Just like what Breads says, initiate giveaways as that is one way to keep the community growing and making the members engaged. Another strategy is to host regular events like Discord talks, AMAs etc.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that they mean "Mintear", it's a word widely used in NFT mintages, those artworks or these abstract images that are sold on OpenSea for example.
Setting expectations in your community is something I support because, as a leader, you must lead by example since people will always try to emulate you.
As a community founder and leader, it behoves on you to always show yourself in the community, engage with the members, be open with the developmental plans of the project, delegate duties to the members
This seems very interesting, to think in function of the members, to include them in some way in the project and to take into account their voice. All without leaving aside the north of the community. This way the purpose is not diluted 🤗
Before Mint, there should have been preparation to what the minting would result to and with that, community leaders should be able to know how to keep their users active after. It takes time for a community to get minted, enough to get the users prepared.
letting the community have the freedom is a good choice indeed the founder just need to guide the community to move in a proper way. Like leaving all up to the leader might a slow progress.
A community is not made up of one person, perhaps that's what's missing for Hive to become a great Web3 platform, not just posts but interaction between reader and author.
For me, engagement with your community is a must and I think one of the factors for people to stay and engage more on the projects is the utility and again the engagement of the project leaders.
Is necessary to keep in mind that not everyone is a leader. A boss is not a leader. A true leader know how to capture he people's attention and make them keep doing things to keep the community alive, and all this stuff could be learning.
The success of a project goes hand in hand with good leadership, there is no doubt about that. And I agree, it is not a role that can be played by just anyone.
this our musicians are really doing good, in the absence of real music they did well. II look forward to seeing their dance stewhen videos are part of the show
Without a doubt, commitment is the most important thing, because without it we can't achieve anything. The strength of hive is how the community is united, that's what characterises us.
Communities are a super important point for the entire web3, they show the true power of organization, after all, since we have the concept of decentralized networks, which do not have an "owner", members need to help each other, connect and help to community as a whole to grow.
This is true a good leader must learn to listen and take into account the members so that they have a connection of feeling that they are important members as well.
People don't like being looked down on. Every leader or community founder should learn to appreciate their subscribers, help them see they are valued and help bring out the good in them.
in view of all that is been said, the inleo community is really doing great in ensuring that the Leo comm is always engaged as that is the sole component to progress they employ a lot of gamified means to achieve this feat and it has been working so far. Take the zealy for instance.
Collaboration with social influencer would be a great initiative to promote a community. An influencer can promote the community across the audience so easily. They can also show the effectiveness of the community.
Regularly host community events, like AMA sessions or virtual gatherings, to maintain a sense of connection. Encouraging members to share their experiences and ideas, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment in a community
I don't think anyone imagined the success of the NFT, let alone selling in a Digital way when you can have a physical NFT for 1MILLION $ yes, of course you can haha.
Creating numerous utility is definitely a big way to keep your community member engage, when their is lot of utilities in a community, user's engage automatically, cause their is value for their time.
Utility is key for the tokens or crypto you're developing. As a user, I would love to see that what I am investing in is bringing value to the token or project. Developing lots of use cases is one way to keep the community engaged
Participating in decisions is actually a great way to boost the community engagement. Everyone is opened to say what they want.
when there are activities going on in the community everyone gets fully engaged and everyone is excited.
That's a great approach, it works all the time. Getting community members involved in decision making gives them a sense of responsibility and that will make it hard for them to go away even after the mint.
Partnerships is another thing to consider here, connecting with other projects with a similar fanbase can be a really good way of helping your community, and bringing people in who are more than likely going to stick around.
exactly my point Makaveli... Gamification works so well to make a communities engaged... It shouldn't be boring but rather explore and employ means to carry out more activities to make it active
wow. Movie night! That's sound spectacular and awesome. It will really keep the community engaged as they can socialize with everyone and feel free to discuss the valid points thereby becoming active and engaged
Reward pools have long been a useful instrument for fostering community involvement.People are drawn to advantages, so if they perceive a way to earn a little cash , they will be more inclined to get involved in community events.
I love you Makaveli! Increase the volume of that. Allow them to take part in decision making. I love that. Honestly many leaders to feel they are okay in pushing a project and leaving the subscribers remain as robots.
You can always move your community forward by allowing your community members to participate in so many activities, like giveaways, Topics that benefits, and make them engage with each other, this will bring many followers to the community
A lot of ways to stay engaged after mint. The team could organize events that consistently bring people together like discord show nights, allowing members of the community to participate in various decision-making events, and other ways. Founders should try use various mediums to put up various events that community members would like to participate, talk about it and get busy.
It is important to note that the community should be allowed to choose its path and decide how to interact with each other and not that everyone is caged and forced to respond in a certain way to the community leader's demand.
Getting feedback and creating an voting proposal for a community is key to getting users in the community engaged. This tools will keep the community members active and build a strong relationship in the community.
Assigning roles to them, making them comfortable, scheduling events for them, bring them all together, these and many more will keep each and every member of your community engaged. They will always come back again and again, making it fun
I also agree with that, founders and the creators should do events on your community discord more often so the people will also engage and stay in your projects. People will love to join the discord events.
I love the movie nights!! Yes fun brings people together, once you put those key factors in place then the engagement keys up. Give aways, games...woah that's really something people are going to participate on.
Organizing forums where community users have a chance to hear or discuss with founders or leading team will also help boost the activeness after mint... That's a good one.
I totally agree with Makaveli, you can only keep a community engaged if there are events scheduled which will make them come back to see what's going on and want to participate more.
Community members always look up to the founder because the founder is the one leading the pack, and one way to keep the engagement going in my opinion is to build a team picked from your users, doing that gives them sense of belonging.
Produce high-quality content that resonates with your target audience. This could include blog posts, infographics, videos, or podcasts that showcase your community's expertise, activities, and achievements to promote the community.
The Leo team deserves an award, they are really trying to keep the community engaged ranging from comments, organizing spaces like this and being active in all the community activities. They are surely leading by example.
Acknowledge the efforts and contributions of active members. Implement badges, shoutouts, or rewards for those who consistently engage or contribute positively.
i can just imagine what it will look like to say community engagement should be all about dancing, jumping hahahahah then you get rewarded, it will look fun but some will feel there is no seriousness about the project
Please I do love getting attention a lot as that gives me more reasons to discover more things about myself. The easiest way to get me engaged is responsiblity!
I strongly agree with what makaveli has said, one of the best way to keep a community engaged after mint is holding discord movie nights/ discord spaces, this sounds new and pretty interesting, well done makeveli, this ensures activity.
It's something really new, not just movie nights or something like that, there can be events too, a night of conversations, telling stories, we could imagine we're around a campfire and tell horror or adventure stories. Maybe simulate a party too? Electronic music, active and uplifting, all of this can keep the community very active and, above all, have fun!
this speaker is spot on about founder worshipping. This is Web 3 and at the core of it is decentralization. A project should not depend on one person, that is just web 2 mentality. Create a project that doesn't need you to thrive.
makaveli, that was awesome, thumps up for you boss. Founder keeping the community engaged is key, because the community members are looking up to the founder .
I like what the last speaker said - creating fun activities with giveaways, showing up and interacting with them often. Be open, and transparent and appreciate their support.
when founders of community creates time for its members, it speaks volumes because they want to feel appreciated, so holding a section with members is a way to get an honest feedback and see ways to improve
This is nice. Having a show and giving the community members space to speak is actually an interesting approach to this. Building relationships also helps the community survive. An interesting approach to continue.
The opportunity to interact in community and to clarify doubts will always be great. It allows you to expand your networking, or rather: to solidify it.
Without leaders who actively participate in community affairs, the community risks stagnation and diminished cohesion. Leaders serve as the driving force, shaping the community's direction, and inspiring others to contribute meaningfully.
Markevi made a great point, spaces, events and games weekly sounds pretty catchy and fun. and I think that would improve engagement within the community ,aside motivating with money, because members will obviously feel a sense of belonging
Honestly, I agree with you on this, all work and no play makes jack a full boy, we are full of life when we have a good time, interact with others, we feel among and of course do our best when it comes to community engagement
we demonise people who sell their stuff--nft air tokens. It is not only controlling but pushes people away. If people earn or buy their token or not they should do whatever they want with it without being shamed or ousted by their community. They owned or earned it.
Yeah. I saw a community on hive blacklist a user for selling the hbd he earn from a post payout. Reason they gave us that he should have used it to build his stake. I was surprised.
I was like; what about the %50 powered up?
This guy have worked hard to make that post. He bought data inorder to come online and make post. Why will a community admin blacklist him. Making this doesn't make sense to me.
Maintain transparency in project updates, including any challenges or setbacks. Building trust within the community is essential for long-term sustainability.
The founder building a relationship with the community is a good one and fosters unity among the community members too. I really love how you still work hard and still have time to relate with your community members.
Having the community participate in choices is a great way to keep them engaged... although some decisions are dangerous to open up depending on the nature of your community
Creating competitions too is another tools to keep your community engage, everyone loves a chance to get creative, so it’s perhaps no surprise that user's stay active when their is competition too
Community keepings it's users engaged is a way of promoting the platform and the users. Like contest in a community keeps everyone engaged. This will be done by the community leaders who wants the community to keeping growing and eb
I like what Jordan is saying and doing with his community. We as users get that the founders are busy and doing a lot but getting the time to make 1 hour or 2 hour phone calls with your community is very good. Hope more leaders do this
If the founders- community relationship is well understood, I don't think they will be issues but the spiced up activity of the founders by participating and understanding the holders will improve engagements.
Giving users activities or responsibilities to take on will definitely get them on their toes in being active. Although I'll say this has got to be carefully thought out as a kind of responsibility given to them could actually get them to run away or become inactive instead.
I agree with this but I think most times it's only people who hold very little amount of money in your project that really care about all this. Someone who is like over 1000s of dollars in won't care, he believes in the project that much.
It's true, you should have a plan for your community and you should also be dynamic and engaging with it! If not, your community will risk to get dead asap! And you are also true, it's the best to pay someone to do the work! Great take!
The community responds faithfully when it feels cared for. Community members commit and stay if the community brings them real value, if promises are kept, if there is consistency in actions and words.

yeah, if someone is working for you because they love you, you shouldn’t take advantage of them. Getting their trust while doing the right thing will even help the project move forward
The synergy between engaged leaders and participating community members creates a dynamic ecosystem where ideas flourish, collaborative efforts thrive, and a sense of community pride and ownership blossoms.
Introduce incentives or rewards for active community members. This could be in the form of exclusive access to certain features, NFT drops, airdrops, or special privileges for contributors.
Monthly holders' call sounds very interesting. It helps the community stay active. Also, presenting your ideas with the community members and listening to their opinions will make them feel among. Like they matter.
This is spot on. Founders need to be transparent with community members to get their opinion on projects concerning the community, if members feel left out then their will low participation in the community space.
I agreed knowing what to do will make a community engagement goes on. I have a discord channel that have different activities every week, games and so on. And there are also giveaways everyday which makes everyone stay online always.
Indeed that works. Web3 users value engagement and making your users feel like an actual community will take your project to new heights. I do hope more leaders and founders find ways to make their community more engaged
Jordan is on point. The biz side of a project is good and should not be taken for granted. However, any member that wants to sell for whatever reason should not be treated as an outcast because of that
Honesty and transparency is everything. As a founder you must live by example, you are a motivation to other community members so you must behave accordingly. You can’t behave badly and expect t your members to respect you
that's a brilliant point. We should always compensate and pay people who work for us despite if they are doing it for free or out of generousity one way or the other because their time is worth being paid for.
That's so thought.
The ones doing it for free deserve all the rewards as soon as it is possible haha, without them a project that is taking long to deliver since the mint will not be able to survive. It is easy to stay while making money, staying just because is where the real gold is. Of course, we need both, you can live just from love haha neither can the project
Yeah you're absolutely right, the willingness of such person to make such a dedication is a tangible one. And thus, compensating them shows that you appreciate their genuineness❤️
Nicely said, I honestly agree that we should always compensate and pay those who works hard for us irrespective of the fact that they either doing it for free or out of generosity, they need to be compensated and appreciated with payments
to keep a community engagement level running I learnt to apply all methods, bring value, apply rewards, gamifying experiences, create partnership, founders be transparent, pay necessary people for growth.
Courage is expressed by our actions, that's what I believe. We leave a lot here. I believe that passion, perseverance and humanity should characterise everything.
It's a good idea to involve the community members in decision-making since this instills a sense of accountability in them and makes it more difficult for them to depart, even after the mint.
A community needs activities, like art competitions, not only to showcase the talent within the community but also to provide members with exciting opportunities to participate and win rewards.
Building a community is a good thing but do you consider the major skills to build a long relationship with your members? This is where you will find difficulties, if you lack these skills.
Even we can get some knowledge from the Hive ecosystem. They paid the user for their effort. SO users can be encouraged easily to being active in the community.
As a founder, you should not just only concentrate on making money from the community but to build a strong relationship between yourself and your members. This is a beautiful one. Really enjoying this.
When several people love something in common it is the glue they need to work as a team. Sometimes, that something overcomes personal interests, and the plan that will win over the collective, the project, that which is loved, prevails.
To keep our community engaged, community founders should know that their community members are looking up to them. So, they should make provisions for calls at least once in a month to interact with their members
I totally understand what Jordan is saying. Sometimes it's not about the earnings and the money or what people are getting. It's most times more of making the community a safe environment for people to express and engage.
Teaser- who doesn’t like a little teaser to get your audiences excited. This can happen across all platforms too, drumming up curiosity and excitement before something new drops can be very important to keep engagement running.
That's true. It's like Khal giving teases of the things that are coming up on INLEO, lol! It keeps people excited and curious, hence they stay engaged.
I think Communication is a key to community engagement. Same with being Intentional, as a founder of you are intentional you would notice a huge difference in the community engagement.
Swag draws people, something catchy.
The follow-up aspect of a marketing design is a crucial one. A message as simple as "thank you for joining us today" could go a long way to telling how much the new participant is valued in the community.
Guys, remember something: an community as a group of people, is built with the cohesion of its members. That cohesion is result of an target in common, an objective that mobilize the activities. And advice from a psychologist 😉.
when a community is well develop users will be encouraged to contribute to the growth of the community. Therefore, as founder should have this energy of pushing, till you get what you want.
The community members form a strong wall in every Community, I mean it is necessary that their opinions and ideas be heard and could thus enhance wise decision making strategy
The most incredible thing about a strong and self-respecting community is precisely made up of members who can talk and interact without any problems, when presenting their ideas and proposals aiming for the best for everyone. No matter the opinions, it is healthy for everyone to have the most diverse opinions possible and the best of all is that everyone can present them without fear of being judged.
I believe that yes, we should listen to the community, the more opinions we have, the better a strategy can be drawn up. The more people we have giving ideas, the better it will be.
I think that above all, every community Must have a clearly defined goals and methods of engagement that must be defined by the founders. This would help people to engage in their preferred communities willingly.
Among the qualities of a good leader are building relationships with new members and not ignoring them, as well as providing them with care and attention at all times.
Jordan's take on the community founder respecting the community members for loving what the founder do either with the intention of making money or whatever is key as well, respect will bring about active participation and so on.
Founders should remember that their members look to them for inspiration and guidance. it's important to schedule regular calls to connect with members . These calls should allow members to share their ideas and feedback.
The follow-up is also an important factor in engaging the community. It can make the new member or participant of the community feel valued and important for joining the community. "Thank you" can go a long way.
founders should be creative to increase engagement within community its not necessary the founder take maters into to his hands alone he could use help of moderators and even members, and also engage directly with members on other platforms
If incentives are used to encourage community participation, the sudden removal of these rewards can lead to decreased engagement, potential loss of members, diminished motivation, negative perception, and challenges in rebuilding trust.
Indeed, this space has been very eye opening. Hearing from real founders of projects can help those who want to start projects. You have summarized all I've heard so far. These are 3 excellent points that will all help to keep communities
La mejor manera de hacer crecer una comunidad es a traves de la incentivacion de la actividad y la recompensas de acciones, a traves de experiencias tokenizadas y la verificacion del valor.
One of the aspects that always motivates the community is that good ideas are taken from members of the community and developed by the leaders this creates a sense of belonging and is a sign of trust. The community is what sustains a project
In my opinion, incentivization is a way of encouraging users to stay in the community. So, when joy is being shown, more participation and valuable ideas would be seen.
Honestly, newbies get stranded when they're not given all tthe attention, care and mentorship essential for growth. I can remember frustratedly telling a friend that I was gonna leave hive
Yea it's true indeed to some extent, if you only encourage with finances alone, then users will leave once that stop, but creating value along the line will keep them glue to your community going forward.
This threadcast have actually blessed my mind with so much knowledge I really never knew I would have for free. I am super excited to be part of this threadcast and be on #Hive. Really a mind blowing opportunity. Thank you guys!!💯
Community founders, should also take care of those working with them, hahahaha, this is really good. Because iif the founder concentrate only on his own pocket, he will probably lose the community.
certainly taking care of those who work with us is a difficult and necessary role... sometimes the needs of those who are by our side end up going unnoticed... this is an excellent point
Yeah, that is one of the best way to keep your community active and your product succeeding, if you are able to get the people in the community convinced, there you go, you don't really have any issue with marketing your products. Engagement with the community is really a key and you must take notice of that when running a community.
Sure my friend because good market sells itself. When community founders are able to give their members what they need. You see them succeeding. That's why those without this knowledge lost their community after
I think a community cannot grow without the hardwork of their members. So it should have done to encourage the community members to use their best energy.
Thank you @Freaknlinkin. The focus of the Founders shouldn't be only on receiving side alone but should try as much possible to connect members in the community especially new members. There should be room for interaction which helps them
I think it is important for a leader to delegate jobs / tasks to its members so that they feel part of the project or community and so everything is fluid and does not stagnate.
It really is a good point, having someone to delegate the important functions of a community and direct people's work and focus is everything a community needs to feel alive and stay alive. If people just stay there, nothing will move forward, it is necessary to have this organization among the members.
if the founders can have forum that can help the share ideas, success and failure, it would really help them build their project properly with a higher percentage of success rate.
Also, selling after minting should be made easy for people
Something that also motivates the community is to offer gifts to the most important members, that makes the community is motivated to get those achievements that can be a special NFT.
Conduct thorough market research to assess the demand, competition, trends, and gaps in the industry or niche your project falls into. Understanding the market landscape helps in positioning one's project effectively.
Rewards should always be seen as an incentive and not a payment for something, for example at Hive our reward pool would not suffice with the real value of content creations. That is why it is an incentive.
It's a two way thing. If the members are not adding or participating in the community then it won't grow same for the founder, everyone has to play their part to see the community flourish.
Thanks so much #inleo@fokusnow. joining this space today is a good opportunity. At least, I love learned that the new name for Twitter is X. I have been wondering what X is all about. Let me see if I can learn what MINT is today
@breads, it’s nice hearing you speak once again, missed your awesome remarks and funny gestures, today’s space has been pretty interesting and impacting so far, I must say I am quite elated, noice one man …
just as @Max said, the constant members who engaged every of your tweets shouldn't be taken for granted, redefine rewards system by founders to foster engagement whiling building strong community.
I like what Linkin is saying. If you allow users to earn extra for max mint the big investors will always want to max mint so they can earn extra. At this rate people who wouldn't normally max mint will want to cause they want that incentive
A founder should know it's team members and what exactly they want, this will make the community to goes on if the founder find out what suits it's community members.
QUESTION What role does members of a community have in keeping a community engaged or Is maintaining community engagement have to do with the leaders only?
I believe that when we talk about commitments, it is something mutual between leaders and the community itself. For example, our role in zealy campaign is to be ambassadors together with the inleo team.
Definitely, I agree with the speaker, saying what you will not do , just to attract member's won't go well, this is one factor limiting many projects from booming today, lot of failed promises from founders.
Engagement is the key life of every community. So, it Community founders to keep the community active. Engenge them always. It might be through contest and more. Grow with your members and make money with them
Commitment turns out to be the Achilles heel of a community; there must be constant movement between founders and members for it to grow. You are so right. Whoever fails to do so will fail.
So , we can say the engagements are the main thing activate our community. We can't build a healthy community without engagements. We need to inspire the users to engage more.
Holding of crypto such as NFT, is a way of marketing and improving the value of the NFT just like bitcoin, those who hold their bitcoin most of them are billionaire today
The truth is that every community founders has the motives already which is to make their profits but it wasn't take away the place of insensitive to motivate the members
Constant update--Updating your member's when you reach a milestone on your roadmap or launch something new - do it with a bang. Update communities on what’s happening now and next , this moves keep user's stick to a project
Franknlinklin method or technique about built and drop mechanism is awesome and I believe that will in trun enable the community to participate actively in any present of future engagement , that was amazing.
founders are afraid of people selling their tokens or nfts because they know they don't have real value. The project is not sustainable if people sell the value they get. That's a red flag.
As the speaker I had said, social media is very valuable if you do it right. There are so many ways to get inflow. Inleo is exploring those ways.
NFTs are wonderful if used well. Most projects brought bad reputation to the technology. All to make a quick buck and walk away. Few bringing real value.
Out of everything that was discussed, one that really caught my attention was the 4 horsemen of retention concept. After doing a quick research, I realized I had already heard about it under a different name, but never thought about it in a crypto/NFT context.
I was also researching this while listening to the show... really 4horseman is a much more commercial name ...
it got a lot of people's attention, did you notice?
WE have to look forward to the community before mint if the community is active or not. We have to create our community more active and create more traffic before a mint.
@Franknlinklin has a given a fantastic method or what one could see as technique which is the built and drop mechanism, this is quite awesome, which enable community members to be actively participating
Founders, exaggerating rewards is ungrammatical to me and not acceptable in any where. If you carry value, it will reveal who you are. If you are truthful or not.
I have attended several of Breads' spaces before. Every time I learned something new. The most interesting thing is that they can make even a difficult topic very simple to us.
The creators of any community already have financial gain in mind. It will be revealed if they are in for the true intention or not. Most of them aren't carrying their members along in a way to motivate them.
What small money can't do, more money can do it, why giving them money and you will be surprised over the level of involvement. Some communities lack financial strengths to retain their members.
We have to utilize every possibilities to make our community stronger. Strong community bring more revenues for the members and the founder will be benefited also.
First time I participate in threadcast and I think it's great. Besides connecting with a Twitter space with other web3 communities in web2 is an incredible strategy. Congratulations to the inleo team
A community is maintained on the basis of a team that works together and shows confidence in the community. When personal interests are sought, more than in general, it is notorious, that is why the union is necessary.
Unity is very important for the consolidation of a community. I agree with you that personal interests must be put aside, and we must have a common vision that enhances the values of a successful community.
preparation and planning should be highlighted to the community founders. Asking questions from the other founders whom have suceeded in this area, will be of help to y
in short we have to find all ways to make sure our community is active, this can also be done by having a good team works with your EXCO who whoever you're working with.
The speciality of Breads space is we are not only learning from them but also, we pass a quality time with them. By the way, who is the lucky winner of today's space?
The truth is that not all community founders have knowlege on how to start a community and make it thrive, they should be made aware of the need of how to plan and be prepared. It will be beneficial also
to get advice from the other entrepreneurs who have achieved success in this field.
This is my first time in Breads' space. I am enjoying the space so much. I must say they are some amazing host together. I would like to join more in the upcoming space from him and his group.
Giveaway too is another strategy to use when it comes to keeping engagement on in one community, rewarding user's for their participation at times do helps too.
indeed, in terms of burning a token, whose responsibility should it be? Is it the founder or the community?
I'm asking this question for a reason and i know a few folks here who can relate to this question.
lol! I totally understand why you are asking. Though I’m yet to really join you guys there. But I’m anticipating.
I’m also curious about whose responsibility it is.
I consider that one of the most important values in a Decentralized community is the opportunity for participation given to its members. This is, in principle, part of the values of Web3, in addition, it elevates engaged.
Reward pool - it doesn’t just have to be early supporters you’re rewarding, you can also create more utilities for those who own a lot of your NFTs,to say thank you for their ongoing loyalty and to boost the number of NFTs they buy from you.
About the initiation of giveaways, that is an amazing idea too. People like to get rewarded for the work done. It makes them want to stay, I think. Hmmm, using people without rewarding them is really a negative move. I think.
it's good to work for free and working for free is from the mind, but not every body likes working for free some people like to earn a reward for each work that they do
Makes sense that the passion should be there too. It's all about the balance, really. So it doesn't look like salary just being paid and just creating without the passion.
You are right. It's good to reward someone who is helping out making sure your project is being actualized. It will help boost the person's morale and also make them feel appreciated.
Utility is vital, from the founder end and fro from user's end too. Having this from both ends give more value to a project and also increase engagement too in the community.
That's a really nice way to foster engagement in your community Maha. Having people who sink their teeth in the game and rewarding them in the process.
The most important thing to do as a founder to help engagement is to deliver on promises made. When holders see that you’re delivering what you say you will, when you say you will, they’re happier, more engaged.
I think GQ-NFT is right, we need the sanza impression of bread to listen to . And yes, Showing proof of what you're doing and involving the community without blowing the surprise. Building with them and rewarding them too ...nice! ☺️
It's 4:30 am but I've learned a lot even though I'm still feeling sleepy. To.keep.the community engaged get the people.involved and delegate roles to.them.
everyone really has their amazing ideas of engagement and that is how different and unique our minds are. Giving out physical items and not just cash is good too.
Inspiration goes a long way. When people gers inspired, their creativity gets to be showcased. H
Just like how I am awake now because I am inspired by the giveaway, and I get to learn too while awake.
Our human condition makes us give in to the emotional and sentimental, which can be very good for bonding, or a terrible disaster when the limits are crossed and the heart dominates reason.
right! Hopefully that.
the only other time people drop everything in that short of a time is become they are thinking about ending things in a bad way.
i hope it is a beach somewhere.
Muy correcto lo que dice nuestra estimada Sacra 💘 Séneca decía que a menudo sufrimos más en nuestra imaginación, que en la realidad. Muchas veces sobrepensamos las cosas cuando al final la realidad termina siendo más sencilla.
2/ everything you need to know about this third edition of hive zealy Compaign is something I've mentioned in the blogs in detail and simple words.
These zealy Compaign do create an impact like At the beginning of this year INLEO had about 400-500 #MAUs and now we've crossed 1800 MAUs.
We have developed so many things in the ecosystem and with these #zealy Compaigns more and more users have joined as well as they've won rewards in the end.
Rabbits are part of the exhibits. These were put up by the 40th District Agricultural Association. Farmers, ranchers and active agriculturists speak out for agriculture to promote the industry. #ladiesofhive #animals
After my subscription for about 11 days ago, it worked for 4 day and automatically stopped. I have reported the issues via threads, but it has not been resolved. Please sir, I need your assistance 🙏🏽🙏🏽. @khaleelkazi
Good day sir, how is you day going sir. Please sir, I sent you a message on discord about my leopremium subscription that stopped and till now it has not been refunded for me to activate it again.
I have been crying 😭😔 for the past 7 days because the leopremium badge that I bought disappeared. 🥺🥺.
That's my Joy anytime I threads, but is no more. Just like the death of Charlie Munger. I pray it resurrects tonight.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Is Hackernoon platform a pay to earn? Watch out for my next post as I talk about my experience with the Hackernoon platform…hot post as usual. Don’t miss it 🥵
Elon has suppressed my reach because he wants me to pay for premium plus. No problem. I have the time and money. Soon enough I will be earning $1000 monthly. It's only a matter of time. For now, we break even.
Airdrop hunting was not meant to be that in first instance, as airdrops are designed to onboard potential USERS not potential rent-seeking, insta-dumping leechers that don't even know what is behind a project.
Not saying you are, just my 2c
Good morning. It's winter morning and rain is unexpected here but still, I can see a little clouds in the sky. I hope you will make your day productive.
Main difference is the global settings update. Moving those to LeoCache makes them cross-device and they don't remove your settings on cache resets now
So if I set dark mode on desktop, it will set dark mode on mobile for the same #hive account
I'm thinking that any dapp which achieves mainstream success will not want to share resources with other dapps, even if it's on an L2. They will likely want their own chain in an interoperable blockchain ecosystem like Cosmos or Polkadot.
Good morning my dear community, my motivational thought today is "There are two types of people: those who have a negative attitude and those who have a positive attitude. And this makes a difference in their lives". #freecompliments
I think when it comes to being position and/or negative I am more of a quantum type. 2 type is binary and boring best to adopt a third type like Web3 !lol #toofuckeh In all serious, one can be ...
...taken as negative when they are not. I'll schedule some time to visit the community some more. What you are doing, from what I have seen at a glance is well needed. !luv
Of course it makes a difference, but isn't the only thing because we live in context with several influences. Btw, do you know that you're on time to do your quests on Zealy Campaign? We will know today how the rewards will be distributed.
I plan to hold the token long term, especially since I would have to pay taxes if I sold under 1 year, but I'll pay the loan ASAP, just need to get by December with all the gift spending 😅
Awesome! Cash that shit out while you're still up. That's one of the things I learned, if you double your value great. If you 4x, cash out immediately! Don't get greedy LOL take the win!
Looking forward to being able to use Threads the way I was able to a few days ago. Most of my Threads have been dropping like flies the past 2-3 days. 😔
For new users coming here for the first time, this would be a terrible user experience.
Join Zealy Campaign to Promote Hive Ecosystem and Earn Rewards From Big Prize Pool. Complete simple quests and earn xp points to increase your rank on leaderboard. Read more in the article below.
i discovered that you have relented recently on your zealy quest. Come on on stage and beat those on top. You can still be part of those to share huge amount of the tokens.
Hello friend how have you been?
This is to remind you that the campaign is still on and you can still make up for XP lost.
This is to also let you know that today is the day we will all know how the prizes will be distributed, thanks.
Exactly. I want to remind you of the Zealy Campaign that is ongoing. You can still recover the points and fight to win the prizes. Today we will get to know how prices will be distributed
That's a nice write up you did, and it reflects well in the photo. By the way, I encourage you to come back to the campaign, there is still a chance to recover all the points and receive the prizes at the end. n.n
I make the most boring threads, but it’s always great to check in regardless. I’m also participating in the recent hive campaign on Zealy. I hope you are too.

How To Keep Your Community Engaged After Mint
Behind the bags
#threadcast
Add your takes, comment and ask questions!
Thanks guys!
Finally, we got to listen to the Breads song 😍
Ducking get an air fryer, breads. Just not for duck.

Whoa, thank you and congrats guys🥰
congratulations 👏👏
Wow, thank you Breads. Congratulations to the other winners
Thank you so much! Congratulations to everyone who won something 🥰
Exactly, it's good to see you see things in the same light as I do.
That's right 😉
On the lows you meet the most resilient members of the community, the ones that really are there for the long run and believe in the project... it would be nice them to give them something extra, not to use them to keep you alive and then everything goes back to the big investors that see the opportunity and since they do have the money, they take all the best and the base layer community stays the same
I believe that there should also be recognition from those who lead a project or community, to those who are always there and who work in favor, I have also seen those who will dismiss or steal the ideas of their team.
To maintain the strength of the community we must work together and not individually, always throwing our best effort and discipline , only then we will see real results in #hive.
Unity is very important. One pencil alone is easy to break, several pencils together are difficult to break.
To keep a community active or running, it's always a two way horse contribution, the founder and the user's, working together comfortably matter's alot and it's help such project to grow faster.
so, emotional connection is important. The connection is just something that has to be there. It's normal for people to support a project they've connected to
We're really working on spreading the positive "L" word. ☺️Love y'all
BBye!
NFTs had utility too, especially when the holder understand how to make use of it in an honorable way.
For me, emotional connection shouldn't be exercise while going into a project, it's longevity and value should be access instead of getting attached emotionally.
community management is something that would help a lot , and it would enhance bett
Utilities is essential, irrespective of how big or small the community is, when their is lot of utilities derived from a project, users will stick to it and also add value, it's always give and take at times.
knowing this communities goes a long way to help you in a great and helps you engage better
What strategies do you recommend for maintaining community engagement after the initial minting phase?
During the time I was on the show, I learned some great stuff. It is important to know your community and what they want.
Congratulations to the 5 winners, it's awesome
Uniqueness and knowing your community goes a long way.
Offering more value than you give out.
Not using money that you won't afford to lose... it's all about taking risks then? 🤔
thank you for the giveaway
Since 2am till 4.45am in Nigeria 🤗
congratulations
mhen!
PUMP IT UP
Good evening from 🇨🇺
I did not know them. It is exciting to know other projects that can join Hive, knowing all the benefits that this blockchain has, good luck to all. @breads
Wow, $50 giveaway, Inleo. I think this is a season of giving.. Who will be the lucky winner?
Its 2 A.M. and I am live on bread space. Let's get the show on the road.
Yeaa Breads brining the masses. Way to go bro
Let's get this started. Wow, engagement and $50 yours and repost for Nfts? Lots of gifts for Christmas.

Its great to be here again with @breads available, do you have some breads for your guests? I'm hungry already
wow that's so amazing, a big thank you to the Inleo team for sponsoring the $50 giveaway, also thanks to the other person that sponsored NFT, that's cool, oh a customize profile is also part of the prize.

50$ and Sol NFTs are fire for today's episode rewards and prizes. Awesome! Thank you for the people who funded and donate those prizes.
Keep them active and engaged too
That's a good idea, I think he would be a very good ambassador and people would learn a lot from him as well.
Good morning y'all, bread space has interrupted ya sleep y'all but I bet it's worth the sacrifices, we're gonna learn a lot
if I can sleep and do it I won’t mind 😂
Ohhh... Boyyy. INLEO is hosting a $50 giveaway for a lucky someone during the Breads show. The only catch is to participate in the X Space and also be on the threadcast.
This is awesome from INLEO 👍.
Agree with some of the folks if I win by any chance I will just request the prize to be sent to my hivewallet and then change to Hive and powerup!
Let's go 🥳🥳🥳
Alright, dear thanks for the update. Let's go

as early as it is over here, it's definitely a good time to learn more and also to win.
Extremely motivating to be able to listen to them and inject us with a lot of encouragement, the prizes are super cool with this #InLeo campaign.
Wow this month of November comes with many surprises and raffles, grateful to the sponsors that always never cease to surprise us.
These NFTs have a market in Hive?, will there be giveaways in InLeo to get some of these NFTs?
This is a solid community that can surely make this project grow.
Do you mean Showroom?
The topic about community has been an interesting topic that has gotten my intension since the last zealy campaign. it will be great to learn more about keeping a community active and getting the participants in the community active.
You are right. Those of us who are continuously participating in Zealy's latest campaigns are practically forming a team, a #community, able to use our resources better for a common purpose and also to teach others
You on point. We are family already and we already know the main go of this campaign is to get in new users into this space. Its has been easier for us to interact and share ideals with each other.
Very true. I'm glad to read that.
also gotta get the $50 giveaway
And citing names, I give the example of POB, which had great potential that was wasted.
true but it is enough?
Just it? Don't. But one of the things that need to be set.
A very solid community that will surely bring us great surprises in the near future and where #hive will be truly strengthened.
Just wow, ain't going anywhere yunno
I believe to achieve this you have to constantly keep them engaged, carry them along in the process of growth and offer activities that will keep them with you
I agree with you, it is a way of generating commitment, making people part of the process and growth.
So true. When you get people involved they stick with you
that's right, adding value to the community can keep the community active and engaged. Help them to know specific needs from the projects. They act as overseer that engage with others.
Doing anything over kills the work for real like there must a balance to maintain the system. That’s a really good thought of having clear expectations which will necessarily be helpful.
Having a clear and set expectations will definitely help keep the community going and will definitely help keep people engaging in that community.
Also, communication, constantly, the anxiety that can be produced by the project just going silent is wild. Imagine listening to those promises and then all the social media doesn't post for a month, if people put money forward, they will be fuming, and if it was a free airdrop, people will forget about it haha
Haha,you are very correct.
Exactly, keeping the expectations clear makes for engagement from a community, leaders should endeavor to keep to the expectations
#question
Maybe you could elaborate more on what is meant by 'after mint' as most of us are not familiar with this aspect. An exploration of the term first could give us more insight.
I love that idea,so having a clear expectations of what you want to achieve is one way to brood engagement, and being the founder of such community, then you've a role to play, by leading the pack with your engagement & it encourages users
Yes I agree, I believe that the basis for having an active community lies in having clear objectives, encouraging everyone to do their part to make the project grow and being a good leader. With these qualities, growth is a matter of time.
yea that's correct and right on point.
Foster community growth through diverse, engaging activities that captivate and connect members, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic shared experience.
One thing to help a community remain relevant is to stick to one theme. Instead of focusing on different aspects area to get more attention, it better they focus on one, get people to know them for that and grow themselves

I have missed you so so so much my love😭
You lie 😏
How do you miss someone and you don't check up on them? 😏
It’s not like, I just got my account yesterday and not checking on discord was because I was down.
I was in a depressed state after losing my account but I never lost a thought of you for once 😎
Aww.. I'm so sorry. I was really worried about you... At some point, I was blaming myself 😩
I'm happy everything's been sorted and you did not lose your account 🥳🥳
Community is everything, goals must be set, roles must be given out, everyone has a part to play in building a good community and this is not built overnight. It’s a gradual process.
Money is always a nice way to get people engaged but when you develop that trust and connection with your community, you wouldn't need to always motivate with money
I think though money is a nice way of motivation to get people engaged, developing trust and connection wouldn't help much if you aren't making their experience a great one in the community, so money is key lol
Yeah money is key and I agree but for some other investors, they just want you to gain their trust and show you know what you're doing as a founder.
Yeah point made
Being a community leader carries with it a responsibility, in view of the fact that others are watching you, and if we go in the wrong direction, we will lead several others off a cliff as well. We have to watch our steps and have a north
A lot is required to keep a community engaged. First we first need to be committed to being active. We also need to see the good In subscribers and encourage them. We don't need to focus on one person but on everyone in the group.
keeping the community engaged is key and I believe the founder of such community needs to be very active so as to keep the community busy.
Showing in an understandable and simple way the project to the community, creating real expectations, will surely keep the community's interest.
So clear expectation it is.
i'm going to comment on this
Thank you
that's a brilliant talk, recognizing the work of the community can be very important and compensating those efforts can equally retain the community.
I'm just hearing of the onchain monkeys for the first time.
Yes, I believe that good work should be recognised, it is a way of stimulating, and it also deserves to be rewarded. Effort is rewarded.
Too many communities will only reward the chosen few, the inner circle the favourites, it's human nature.
They want your money they want you to worship them it is a one way street. People will finally get pissed off and if no value, leave.
I think rewards is a way of appreciation, yes it will also motivate people to do more buts everyone loves being appreciate no matter how small, ist with banana 🍌😜😜?
when there is motivation, the spirit to keep going will be high. Some are not self-starters by nature so the need some extra Push to keep going so appreciating community members is not a bad idea
i totally agree with you
Leadership involvement often extends beyond project timelines, and attributing reduced engagement solely to post-mint fatigue does not capture the nature of community leadership.
I couldn’t have agreed more!
The banana stuff, I mean holding the banana, using it and getting reward for using it made it sound like the Hive HP
It may be the wrong way to see things but unfortunately it's the most common thing in the NFT arena these days
I agree, understanding your audience is important because you have to meet some of their needs to keep them engaged
Keep people engaging is really important, but as I said, first you need trustworthy people to come up with clever ways of creating this engagement.
Exactly, you have to create that interest first. You need a team that generates that interest. That's the first thing.
Yes, it is important to find people to form a group that is responsible for creating this participation in an intelligent way and creates interest in users.
Honesty and transparency is everything. As a founder you must live by example, you are a motivation to other community members so you must behave accordingly.
I agree with you. Leading by example will definitely help keep community getting engaged.
The founders have to set the clear expectations which the community members will follow.
On the other hand I agree with you!
I agree, if the leader does a bad job literally your community will be dead.
Encourage community members to create fan art, memes, or other creative content related to your NFTs. Share and promote this content to showcase the passion and talent within the community.
I buy an NFT, I want to make a profit, I am there to flip it. What do I need a community for?
Unless you have fluffing good utility like LAW did on smartBCH then I am only holding until I make money. Founders need to know their community.
You know people naturally do not like being where they aren't valued or not given the opportunity to be themselves. So I believe that valuing the members and appreciating their engagement once in a while will greatly help.
This exactly what the inleo team is doing.
People love to show what they got. Just like you said: people naturally do not like being where they are not value. Many admins today are making the mistake of over looking many subscribers, and trust me this has over time cause issues.
Exactly
The developers have a lot to do. Every holder wants to feel the connection with the developer, so retweet their meme, post and the rest instead of leaving them as if they are doing something different.
It is necessary to expand and engage a community consistently even after a mint; accept feedbacks; it is not the time to take a break from hard work but rather to put in more effort for a bebetter outcome
very true

I don't know who Garyvee is. Or maybe I do but don't realize that's his name.
Community founders should lead by example, people just want a sense of belonging, which means founders should get their followers involved and they automatically connect with the community without being told to do so.
I think we can grow our community even after mint by creating Partnership with complementary NFT projects or communities to cross-promote each other and organize joint event.
Cooperation with various projects would enable a large ecosystem atonement in a solid and feasible way. I believe that NFTs are the future.
This idea that every web3 community needs to be focused on nft is totally outdated and wrong and we have proof of this in many places today...
There are a lot of things besides NFTs that maintain communities...
Yeah yeah. They have to be involved together if not it will be difficult to build
There's a lot to digest here. Haha I just understand the chop chicken now. Anyone taken their lunch?
Web 3.0 is all about togetherness and oneness of mind, pulling our resources together to ensure thmhat Hive grows, this should be our priority.
And when we have years of experience with Web 2 we can tell the difference. And others notice it, in the way situations are addressed, the way communities and support groups are created, and the way sensitive issues are dealt with.
I totally agree with you, this is the real Web3 that we are looking for at Hive
Exactly, we wanna ensure it does rule stylishly
In WEB3, we are the image of ours. we can do anything what we want. There is no bounds in web3. Web3 is the future of the internet.
Web3 makes possible an all that is currently lost, it is freedom of data, financial freedom and freedom of expression. Everything is possible.
Minting depends on what the participants sees in the assets they are holding. Working with what has been established is just the holders preference. The founders can as well see that the assets engagements is worth it
I love that 4 horsemen of retention. I'll have this noted and may apply it
these 4 horsemen of retention are a really good idea.
i've never heard of it. i'm going to do some more research... has anyone else here heard of it?
No I haven't. Do share what you learn friend
2:00am and my eyes are wide open👀👀👀
What standard do you use to create a NFT collection?
What I believe is still missing for Hive to be attractive enough to people from outside and also to those who are here, is more opportunities for other cultures and languages. I think this would make a big difference in engagement.
I don't think there is a language barrier to being in Hive and building here, simply because it is universal. Anyone can organize, build a community and make it grow with people who share the same ideals, culture, language, etc.
As a Brazilian, having been here for 5 years, my experience says otherwise. People in Brazil would love a place like Hive, and many have already come, but having to write in English is something that puts them off.
I've already written some threads explaining my point of view, but for some reason they aren't coming. Just wanted to let you know
Interestingly, the last thread, in which I warned about the problem, arrived, haha. But, in short: most people in Brazil don't speak English,so it's difficult for them to engage, network, because they will always depend on online translators.
In particular, I've seen many people give up just because they have to produce and interact in English.
However, every participant should understand what the community represent and engage in that way..
lmao we definitely need video of that
My opinion, for a community to grow you need a good team raising something alone is more complicated my question is how do you get those valuable members with the right mindset and help you grow with the community?
Thank you Rick. Rewards is a very crucial to keep the community engaged. Raffles not a bad idea at all.
Exaggerating promises of rewards by founders are is not a good way ot trying to keep the community. many will disappear once those promises are not met.
Promises should not be exaggerated; creating false expectations may attract, but it does not hold anyone.
Exaggerated promises not only harm trust but also risk disappointing members when those promises fall short.
Money is the driving force for most things. You want people to work fast, give them money, so I think in a community where every one makes money it would be easier for marketing as most people would want to benefit.
you are right. Poeple needs a community where they will be making
I think what is being talked about is not limited to communities but also like personal brands, you know
Good to hear. It's always nice to learn something new especially from different minds :)
yes yes yes. It's a beautiful experience, always!
Truth. We benefit from these experiences.
Yeah, transparency is key
Very much so.
These are really good points. Engagement is the key to any successful community.
Running giveaway and contest is very important.
Thanks so much bread.
How to keep community engaged
Just like what Breads says, initiate giveaways as that is one way to keep the community growing and making the members engaged. Another strategy is to host regular events like Discord talks, AMAs etc.
giveaway goes a long way, no doubt

Yeah!!!! It’s bread’s time!!
I can't wait to learn a lot from this space.
After mint? What does it mean?
🥲
Let's see what the mint is all about.
community engagement after mint how?
hello everyone. I’m here again and I think I understand a little better now
undert
Finally I find out what threadcast is
Wow, that is so amazing.$50 giveaway, NFTs and so on.
QUESTION What's the mint?
I'm not sure, but it seems to me that they mean "Mintear", it's a word widely used in NFT mintages, those artworks or these abstract images that are sold on OpenSea for example.
Hope what I thought is mint is really mint, is after community creation?
A community needs to grow whether slow or fast
I and 119 otheothers are in, we're all ears
Nice one Presh. Weldon my dear.
How do you believe that different communities can talk to each other to engage together?
do you think that's important to staying engaged?
I do. It's like countries. MERCOSUL. EURO. BRICS. Each one has their autonomy, their economy, but they talk to each other.
Leading by example!
Yes, seeing a community alive is very attractive for any n
So many people are new so it's easier to learn from the leaders
that's valid point, giving clear expectations sustain the users. It indicates the project has direction.
Engagement is the main focus to keep something going.
I agree. Leading from the front is a great way for community leaders to keep the community going. If not, the energy will die.
Really learning it's a great platform where community members are valued for their engagements
I think compensating people for every engagement is counterintuitive and it doesn't exactly help the cause
After mint, what the community needs to grow is the work the community leaders have put in place during the mint.
I agree with this, also the relationship the community leaders have been able to grow with the members
Yeah, that goes a long way to get a community engaged
$50 giveaway sponsored by inleo is really a huge one andand do encouraging
Apt! Recognizing your holders in the web space gives them a sense of value.
Setting expectations in your community is something I support because, as a leader, you must lead by example since people will always try to emulate you.

I like to earn some bananas. I see it's important
Magical money will make things go South. Valuable things need to go on first.
The north is more better right
Lol... kind Sir, get off my comment
I agree. Banana is getting thrown around a lot and I'm beginning to lost the point😅
lmao same
When you reward users they will be motivated to use more. By doing this, the community can grow up very easily.
I think if there are rewards people will prefer to engage more like I have seen many backing off because they don’t wanna do it for nothing.
I saw this on the space. Oh my goodness? The give away is so amazing
if I refer someone to #inleo, can I be part of the give away?
I think the founder should play a role first before getting all busy. You build the community first
If the community just do what they want won't it affects it's growth?
I think the values of any community are essential for its surviving. Not all is about money or activities. Keep it on min
it is not easy influence people, so let the developers try to sustain the ones they have.
20mins to giveaway time👀👀👀
The rewards aspect is awesome, I mean who wouldn't wanna get a token for a job Weldon, it encourages and spurs them to do more
Genuine engagement isis to goal
Web3 is all about building one community
How do people even stay without engagements @kingsleyy help me answer this
Are you hitting me? 😄😄😄
🤩🤩I just Dey ask my oga
I go surprise you guys with engagement one week💪
😝😝😝
As a community founder and leader, it behoves on you to always show yourself in the community, engage with the members, be open with the developmental plans of the project, delegate duties to the members
This seems very interesting, to think in function of the members, to include them in some way in the project and to take into account their voice. All without leaving aside the north of the community. This way the purpose is not diluted 🤗
Beautiful take. It's natural for people to stick to projects that they are valued, and appreciated no matter how little.
Before Mint, there should have been preparation to what the minting would result to and with that, community leaders should be able to know how to keep their users active after. It takes time for a community to get minted, enough to get the users prepared.
Stand up... haha.
lolzzz
What is going on 😂😂
What if you are laying down? 🤣
you and me both 😂😂
Hahaha.... Inside our bedsheets 🤣🤣
THis dancing step is actually fun to start with
Serving us premium music 😅
letting the community have the freedom is a good choice indeed the founder just need to guide the community to move in a proper way.
Stand up, we don't care where you at.haha
Is necessary to keep in mind that not everyone is a leader. A boss is not a leader. A true leader know how to capture he people's attention and make them keep doing things to keep the community alive, and all this stuff could be learning.
The success of a project goes hand in hand with good leadership, there is no doubt about that. And I agree, it is not a role that can be played by just anyone.
Does Breads know I am losing sleep to be part of this space? Why are they misbehaving 😭😭😭 am I a joke to you lot?
Funny Salamander 😅😍
I keep getting disconnected on spaces.
No banana giveaway? 😆
Hahaha the important thing is not to get bored
this our musicians are really doing good, in the absence of real music they did well. II look forward to seeing their dance stewhen videos are part of the show
Engagement is there to connect the people.
Just like a family that lacks connection, nothing works there.
Engagement is the key💯
Without a doubt, commitment is the most important thing, because without it we can't achieve anything. The strength of hive is how the community is united, that's what characterises us.
Please who was standing with me hahaha hahaha
you will stand strong o
we were dancing, did you miss it
I’m on my bed listening. Anything that will take me off this bed now will be the trumpet from heaven
hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah trumpet, 🎺
HAHA I'M WITH YOU
I was dancing jumping hahahahah hahahahah, I wishwe had a video
I just want to win it all😫😫😫
Communities are a super important point for the entire web3, they show the true power of organization, after all, since we have the concept of decentralized networks, which do not have an "owner", members need to help each other, connect and help to community as a whole to grow.
its important that the community foundefounder remains open to its members , communication effeeffectively a accepts ideas
This is true a good leader must learn to listen and take into account the members so that they have a connection of feeling that they are important members as well.
i was literally twerking my ass few minutes ago ..
Nice music
Giveaways announcement again 😊
People don't like being looked down on. Every leader or community founder should learn to appreciate their subscribers, help them see they are valued and help bring out the good in them.
Salamander is so damn good with those beats, I enjoyed it!
I've bookmarked and reposted too.
in view of all that is been said, the inleo community is really doing great in ensuring that the Leo comm is always engaged as that is the sole component to progress they employ a lot of gamified means to achieve this feat and it has been working so far. Take the zealy for instance.
Yea, the Leo team are doing really great. they are always at the fore front and that's a good quality of a leader. Thumbs up to them 👍
The community is doing a great job, this new campaign is enabling a new redirection of the way to promote web3, i.e. hive.
wow videos are coming to space? Looking forward to that.
they already have video streaming!
It's awesome to see that INLEO prizes are included asa the way to reward web3 users.
Collaboration with social influencer would be a great initiative to promote a community. An influencer can promote the community across the audience so easily. They can also show the effectiveness of the community.
Haha! Alright let's do the stretches... Nice track Santa 😂 We needed that umph of positive dopamine to the conversation.
BTW just randomly throwing this in that I'm giving #hive & #leo a 8/10 in terms of Community engagement after mint.
movie night?
wow that's a good idea
#question
Regularly host community events, like AMA sessions or virtual gatherings, to maintain a sense of connection. Encouraging members to share their experiences and ideas, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment in a community
It's important to schedule the events in your community, allow people to participate in your community and spice things up.
I don't think anyone imagined the success of the NFT, let alone selling in a Digital way when you can have a physical NFT for 1MILLION $ yes, of course you can haha.
sleep let me rest
What does engagement really mean? We have some great subjects in posts but no interactions between them. That's strange.
cater to the needs of your audience, keep them interested and they will keep coming back. Me for one would show up for any movie night 🥴
exactly my point Makaveli...
Are they seeing our threads at all???🥱🥱
A lot of ways to stay engaged after mint.
They should take a page from Khal's book an do regular AMAs with their communities
Getting feedback and creating an voting proposal for a community is key to getting users in the community engaged. This tools will keep the community members active and build a strong relationship in the community.
Who doesn't love getting attention? Even if you don't, that's because you don't want to get heart broken, hehe
Giving attention to what the community members want makes them engage more. So the developers need to listen to them. Good point ☝️
Sustaining an engaging community requires a blend of diverse elements, from fostering interaction to promoting inclusivity and providing value.
9mins to giveaway 👀👀👀
I love the movie nights!! Yes fun brings people together, once you put those key factors in place then the engagement keys up. Give aways, games...woah that's really something people are going to participate on.
IKR! Game nights would definitely have people pumped
I have been trying to comment on people's thread cast, but it keeps kicking me off each time.
Produce high-quality content that resonates with your target audience. This could include blog posts, infographics, videos, or podcasts that showcase your community's expertise, activities, and achievements to promote the community.
That sounds very good as well. Beautiful infographics and videos will get people clicking and viewing your content
The Leo team deserves an award, they are really trying to keep the community engaged ranging from comments, organizing spaces like this and being active in all the community activities. They are surely leading by example.
v
For a true web3 community, looking up to the founder for everything should not be the case. That is why it should be decentralized.
Acknowledge the efforts and contributions of active members. Implement badges, shoutouts, or rewards for those who consistently engage or contribute positively.
I agree with this. This will motivate more users to get involved
Like I said at the beginning of the space the threadcast will see alot of traffic and it has already began :)
i can just imagine what it will look like to say community engagement should be all about dancing, jumping hahahahah then you get rewarded, it will look fun but some will feel there is no seriousness about the project
The founder attitude matters a lot, he can loss the people in a minute hehe can also gain them too in a sec.
Please I do love getting attention a lot as that gives me more reasons to discover more things about myself. The easiest way to get me engaged is responsiblity!
DJwkd
I strongly agree with what makaveli has said, one of the best way to keep a community engaged after mint is holding discord movie nights/ discord spaces, this sounds new and pretty interesting, well done makeveli, this ensures activity.
It's something really new, not just movie nights or something like that, there can be events too, a night of conversations, telling stories, we could imagine we're around a campfire and tell horror or adventure stories. Maybe simulate a party too? Electronic music, active and uplifting, all of this can keep the community very active and, above all, have fun!
sometimes the ideas of community members are valuable to be implemented in the project.
It is really good that the founders give updates to the members. I agree with Jordan here
this speaker is spot on about founder worshipping. This is Web 3 and at the core of it is decentralization. A project should not depend on one person, that is just web 2 mentality. Create a project that doesn't need you to thrive.
I think there are some community that have grown so big that the founders don’t even have to do anything to keep the community engage
To get the community engaged, I agree that a schedule should be made to make the community see what they do and what they are participating in.
A new episode at the end of the month?? First time hearing this, wow
Yeah, we all meed somebody that notes we are value and we are needed to making community. Everyone need to feel thet they belongs to something bigger.
I can't see comments again.. Or is it just me
makaveli, that was awesome, thumps up for you boss. Founder keeping the community engaged is key, because the community members are looking up to the founder .
I like what the last speaker said - creating fun activities with giveaways, showing up and interacting with them often. Be open, and transparent and appreciate their support.
InLeo team is top notch on this.
I couldn't agree more. This makes a community more engaging. It also shows that one (project) has a real connection with its community
Exactly. That's why it seems like the inleo community is growing fast because the team adopted this approach.
Yes. Let's hope for more growth in the sooniverse
when founders of community creates time for its members, it speaks volumes because they want to feel appreciated, so holding a section with members is a way to get an honest feedback and see ways to improve
This is nice. Having a show and giving the community members space to speak is actually an interesting approach to this. Building relationships also helps the community survive. An interesting approach to continue.
The opportunity to interact in community and to clarify doubts will always be great. It allows you to expand your networking, or rather: to solidify it.
Yes, that's right. I like the word solidify used. That's a good one.
Without leaders who actively participate in community affairs, the community risks stagnation and diminished cohesion. Leaders serve as the driving force, shaping the community's direction, and inspiring others to contribute meaningfully.
Leadership should enable a whole community or those interested in something in particular to move towards growth that shows significant progress.
Of course, it is not the task of just one, everyone must participate.
Jordan i agree with you on this, the way you respond to their plea really matter it add value to them.
I totally agree with Jordan. It's good to know the value of your community members and also allow their input as well.
we demonise people who sell their stuff--nft air tokens.
1/2
that is messed up. If he earned it then he has every right to do as he says fit with his token. He is better off joining other communities.
Honestly I was surprised with that.
There a lot of communities out there looking for subscribers. He will find and join one.
brutal.
This guy have worked hard to make that post. He bought data inorder to come online and make post. Why will a community admin blacklist him. Making this doesn't make sense to me.
2/2
exactly
Maintain transparency in project updates, including any challenges or setbacks. Building trust within the community is essential for long-term sustainability.
The founder building a relationship with the community is a good one and fosters unity among the community members too. I really love how you still work hard and still have time to relate with your community members.
Having the community participate in choices is a great way to keep them engaged... although some decisions are dangerous to open up depending on the nature of your community
as a founder, you need to like your community members.
Hope more leaders do this
2mins to giveaway time 👀👀👀
Transparency is the key for sure. Keeping everyone in the loop makes ev
If the founders- community relationship is well understood, I don't think they will be issues but the spiced up activity of the founders by participating and understanding the holders will improve engagements.
To me that's stressful, you are trying. To be on Twitter and get to be on discord everyday Jordan.
I would always say feedback is a way to grow, so getting feedbacks from people around would help in growing the community

I think that's the way innovations work. Your follower brings an idea. You both mull it over and then work out a workable situation.
It's great
The synergy between engaged leaders and participating community members creates a dynamic ecosystem where ideas flourish, collaborative efforts thrive, and a sense of community pride and ownership blossoms.
I believe that participation should be for everyone in the community. The founders should be active and present with the members as if it were a team.
Dialogue is also very important to strengthen the growth of the community.
However, any member that wants to sell for whatever reason should not be treated as an outcast because of that
Members should be able to mint & sell
Free things dont actually add values
WOw I 🤔 think motives are also important because that will help one not to focus on rewards
That's a good aim, not just building something for some quick bucks but building it for the long term.
The presence of leaders and admin(s) in the community will go a long way in making the members feel special.
It'll make them to stay✌️
to keep a community engagement level running I learnt to apply all methods, bring value, apply rewards, gamifying experiences, create partnership, founders be transparent, pay necessary people for growth.
As it is, the only way to be able to integrate is to leave a great message and help build the ecosystem.
Courage is expressed by our actions, that's what I believe. We leave a lot here. I believe that passion, perseverance and humanity should characterise everything.
Time dn reach for giveaway 👀👀👀
I tire o
ojoro go enter😄😄
It's a good idea to involve the community members in decision-making since this instills a sense of accountability in them and makes it more difficult for them to depart, even after the mint.
Definitely it's a sense of showing that their presence is valued too, it will keep them stick to the project forever.
I can’t hear the speakers anymore
I can hear very well
A community needs activities, like art competitions, not only to showcase the talent within the community but also to provide members with exciting opportunities to participate and win rewards.
L
Btw,
btw!
I was writing that interacting on InLeo platform is a real headache
Definitely, it's very vital and it keeps the community running often.
Yes. People can get bored so founders need to spice things up
Appreciating your community members as a founder is a big one.
Thats right. It should be a win win situation.
I think Communication is a key to community engagement. Same with being Intentional, as a founder of you are intentional you would notice a huge difference in the community engagement.
Swag draws people, something catchy.
Communities are created with intentionality. It is true that the community have to know what they will get and what they will give.
The follow-up aspect of a marketing design is a crucial one. A message as simple as "thank you for joining us today" could go a long way to telling how much the new participant is valued in the community.
you know that thank you and actually do a whole lot
Good good
the 4 horsemen of retention is a take I didn’t know I need. It’s quite intresting and I love it
i am happy seeing you get a long. You got this girl
hehehe thank you. I’m getting the hang of it
before the end of the campaign you will be a pro. You are doing well. Glad you give this a shot 🙂
LOL athe first time I heard brick and mortar I also thought it was Rick and Morty. And it was at work so that was embarassing
I agree with Freaknlinkin. Founders should not focus on receiving alone but also connecting with members in the community especially new members.
Welcoming them and letting them know they are welcomed. It will help them stay active.
Among the qualities of a good leader are building relationships with new members and not ignoring them, as well as providing them with care and attention at all times.
Jordan's take on the community founder respecting the community members for loving what the founder do either with the intention of making money or whatever is key as well, respect will bring about active participation and so on.
value in money
Founders should remember that their members look to them for inspiration and guidance. it's important to schedule regular calls to connect with members . These calls should allow members to share their ideas and feedback.
different views on this topic, don't do this, do that and all
COMMUNICATION
PARTICIPATION
This two words and key in building a community 📌
Monetary value is more like a sense of motivation to people😁
I definitely agree with you
Monetary values always works.
I'm learning a lot of stuff that I'll implement with my future project.
La comunidad debe estar en linea con las metas de la misma y conectar con la propuesta de valor que ofrece la misma a traves del liderazgo
People really need to feel part of a group, it's a biological thing. For that, they need to feel welcomed by you and your team.
Yea it's true indeed to some extent, if you only encourage with finances alone, then users will leave once that stop, but creating value along the line will keep them glue to your community going forward.
I agree with Breads, whether we admit it or not, monetary incentive is one of those that keep people coming back or sticking around 😅
also the aspect of saying thank you can also go along way to show how appreciative you are
That's true. It's a form of rewarding those who support you one way or the other.
exactly
it's always going to be the most relatable value!
Yes. And that's also because time is money 😅
NFT gift 🎁 wow
Yos! on Solana!
WOw that's huge, I never had one before
It is enjoyable. Seeing how the show is going and so many thoughts here. Intelligent conversations going on.
This threadcast have actually blessed my mind with so much knowledge I really never knew I would have for free. I am super excited to be part of this threadcast and be on #Hive. Really a mind blowing opportunity. Thank you guys!!💯
Thank you for being here!
Community founders, should also take care of those working with them, hahahaha, this is really good. Because iif the founder concentrate only on his own pocket, he will probably lose the community.
so true!
certainly taking care of those who work with us is a difficult and necessary role... sometimes the needs of those who are by our side end up going unnoticed... this is an excellent point
That's why those without this knowledge lost their community after
NFTC give away, $50 give away and many more awaits those who referred someone. That's a great one
Which utilities does your NFTs offer to collectors?
It was a good moment!
Value for value strategy.
How much is the maximum price of your NFTs?
Gratitude from founders go a long way to encourage community members.
good relationship, appreciation is so kinda boost up.
I think a community cannot grow without the hardwork of their members. So it should have done to encourage the community members to use their best energy.
Thank you @Freaknlinkin. The focus of the Founders shouldn't be only on receiving side alone but should try as much possible to connect members in the community especially new members. There should be room for interaction which helps them
That's true Rick. Some communities being engaged is the same as marketing.
iPhone don't market their products too, its the users that help them market it. Such a powerful branding strategy
Also, selling after minting should be made easy for people
Marketing strategy depends on the value it presents
I wonder why large multinationals like Pepsi are still marketing and looking for customers when their products are already sold wherever people live
Easy they need the more money entering into the company.
They are surly seeing the benefits of such advertisement if not they won't be spending so much running those adverts
Rewards too are great ways a founder could foster and build strong relationship between the community member.
Rewards should always be seen as an incentive and not a payment for something, for example at Hive our reward pool would not suffice with the real value of content creations. That is why it is an incentive.
Yea this is true
Thank you for explaining to my understanding @roadstories
It's a two way thing. If the members are not adding or participating in the community then it won't grow same for the founder, everyone has to play their part to see the community flourish.
yeah participation by members is key but if they are not delivered good experience I do not see why they should engage
Definitely, just like the Leo ambassador stuff that Leo is coming up with, that will help
It's 3:00 am here and my head is banging already. oops, I am sleep-starved.
Thanks so much #inleo @fokusnow. joining this space today is a good opportunity. At least, I love learned that the new name for Twitter is X. I have been wondering what X is all about. Let me see if I can learn what MINT is today
Redeeming...
As a founder stick to your tokens, to encourage your users and communication is mandatory. When you carry value as a founder
Question:
so what if I'm a serial killer 😂😂?
Haha... you should do that. Go around, and I hope things get well.
Hello
@breads, it’s nice hearing you speak once again, missed your awesome remarks and funny gestures, today’s space has been pretty interesting and impacting so far, I must say I am quite elated, noice one man …
airdrop has proven to be a good way of keeping a community engaged
I have a que. Why a community need to mint after some days. What is the necessity of being minted?
just as @Max said, the constant members who engaged every of your tweets shouldn't be taken for granted, redefine rewards system by founders to foster engagement whiling building strong community.
@breads do you have fried eggs or butter hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah
Both fried and butter will be made available so don't be panic
hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah
It's funny right but that's the truth
I like what Linkin is saying. If you allow users to earn extra for max mint the big investors will always want to max mint so they can earn extra. At this rate people who wouldn't normally max mint will want to cause they want that incentive
For those planning to own a community or already Community founders, take not of this. Connect new holders to veteran holders.
Built and drop mechanism, frinknlinklin just burst my brain, breads saying he is marketing rather than engaging 🤭.
A founder should know it's team members and what exactly they want, this will make the community to goes on if the founder find out what suits it's community members.
I think everything goes side by side; the marketing, sales and also engagements
QUESTION What role does members of a community have in keeping a community engaged or Is maintaining community engagement have to do with the leaders only?
I believe that when we talk about commitments, it is something mutual between leaders and the community itself. For example, our role in zealy campaign is to be ambassadors together with the inleo team.
I believe connections is also a factor to grow a community
Overpromising can ruin your project. Keep it simple and realistic
Definitely, I agree with the speaker, saying what you will not do , just to attract member's won't go well, this is one factor limiting many projects from booming today, lot of failed promises from founders.
The sound oof drones kinda pushing toward an action movie. Haha.
Don't build a community like Disney 🤣
Community engagements has a lot attached to
is there anyone who will start a business with the intention of not making money 🤑🤑🤑 just asking?
Haha, I doubt it. It wouldn't be called a business. 😅
hahahahah maybe a philanthropist business hahahahah
Yes, like charity 😅
Let's all make money together! Listen to your community, I love this points.
The feeling of making money together is just so different if not for the huddles experience
Making promises and not keeping it up on the long run make people lose interest in that community.
I don't embrace the idea of making promises, it's always painful when one failed to keep to his or her promise
Yup! Very powerful name indeed
WE have to look forward to the community before mint if the community is active or not. We have to create our community more active and create more traffic before a mint.
Okay, this is the best Bread space I have joined. No too much BS. Got a lot of value from this space.
QUESTION is burning of crypto by community a good way of promoting the crypto and improving the value of the crypto
if you are not 👇 you are missing out
many things to learn. Try to be there
@Franknlinklin has a given a fantastic method or what one could see as technique which is the built and drop mechanism, this is quite awesome, which enable community members to be actively participating
Just joined the space and it's interesting already
What small money can't do, more money can do it, why giving them money and you will be surprised over the level of involvement. Some communities lack financial strengths to retain their members.
We have to utilize every possibilities to make our community stronger. Strong community bring more revenues for the members and the founder will be benefited also.
Not redeeming your reward promises doesn't indicate your authenticity, except you've explained your reasons for doing so.
My question: it seems I lost connection for a while and returning back on space I'm now hearing IP!
Please what's an IP??
First time I participate in threadcast and I think it's great. Besides connecting with a Twitter space with other web3 communities in web2 is an incredible strategy. Congratulations to the inleo team
A community is maintained on the basis of a team that works together and shows confidence in the community. When personal interests are sought, more than in general, it is notorious, that is why the union is necessary.
Unity is very important for the consolidation of a community. I agree with you that personal interests must be put aside, and we must have a common vision that enhances the values of a successful community.
preparation and planning should be highlighted to the community founders. Asking questions from the other founders whom have suceeded in this area, will be of help to y
collection control, revenue distribution 🤔
These are thought provoking for me since the whole topic is new to me but so far, it's amazing
This Music is not giving, not ideal for pushups. Stand up straight everyone.
Hahahahah stand up stand up for the champion champion
Hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah
Who else is dancing LoLs 😆
3:49am in Nigeria ooooo please
i like the humor and especially the song incorporation 😂
I'm standing already waiting for instructions 😂 I'm holding it
Stakeholders are doing exercise, meanwhile it's 3.50am over here 😴
Hahaha 😆, what are the name of the songs being sang I need to listen to it
Huge giveaway 😲
in short we have to find all ways to make sure our community is active, this can also be done by having a good team works with your EXCO who whoever you're working with.
Who will be the lucky winner(s) of the giveaway?
Might be you, anyone can win
The speciality of Breads space is we are not only learning from them but also, we pass a quality time with them. By the way, who is the lucky winner of today's space?
I'm not sure my bookmark works, I've been trying to do that for a while now.. don't know if it's from my end?
On Twitter bro
I think you should bookmark on Twitter not inleo
wow three forms of giveaway 😍,
Yo!! I am still up though..
It is very late here. 03:53, and I am still awake. What's sorcery is that?
Block chain sorcery, ha! 😂
Haha
haha gotta get that $50
You gerrit.
Giveaway too is another strategy to use when it comes to keeping engagement on in one community, rewarding user's for their participation at times do helps too.
more energy! More passion!! More footwork ☺️
indeed, in terms of burning a token, whose responsibility should it be? Is it the founder or the community?
I'm asking this question for a reason and i know a few folks here who can relate to this question.
lol! I totally understand why you are asking. Though I’m yet to really join you guys there. But I’m anticipating.
I’m also curious about whose responsibility it is.
Ohhh, so you know why i asked this question? Heh.. well i would love to see you around that space.. it's a fun venue so when are you showing up?
I’ve noticed one needs a lot of time and energy to grow there.
I’m kind of busy now, with school actually.
I should be there any time I have a holiday
Oh yeah that's true. I wish you all the best in your academics, uniuyo perm site isn't it?
Both annex and perm site.
We are just moving around 🤣.
oh, it's so early here in Nigeria we need to sleep 😴 for we suppose to be in bed by
thank you so much for being here!
I think.
It will also motivate members to keep working more when they are rewarded. So, having to engage members without rewarding them is a wrong move.
it's already 2hours in and it's so late here in Nigeria... How long more
it's good to work for free and working for free is from the mind, but not every body likes working for free some people like to earn a reward for each work that they do
Makes sense that the passion should be there too. It's all about the balance, really. So it doesn't look like salary just being paid and just creating without the passion.
reward pool - doest always have to be some supporters you are rewarding you can also create more utilities for those own
You are right. It's good to reward someone who is helping out making sure your project is being actualized. It will help boost the person's morale and also make them feel appreciated.
it's 4.10am already 😴😴 in Nigeria
Utility is vital, from the founder end and fro from user's end too. Having this from both ends give more value to a project and also increase engagement too in the community.
That's a really nice way to foster engagement in your community Maha. Having people who sink their teeth in the game and rewarding them in the process.
obsolutlely right working on ur own with a clear mind without any payments the passion to work for free should be there
This is so hilarious 😂😂😂😂. Doing a breads impression.
Hahaha so funny
they are losing the plot now. Wrap it up guys
Some people see gambling as investment 🤷😂
The most important thing to do as a founder to help engagement is to deliver on promises made. When holders see that you’re delivering what you say you will, when you say you will, they’re happier, more engaged.
Lol! Someone blowing all minting money on gambling sounds like an addict 😂
Abusing the "L" word? Please, theyre hilarious...I love you too , bread 🤭
haha love you more!
definitely screenshotting it! Definitely printing this and making it into a portrait ☺️🤭
Word of mouth is really important in the NFT world and being trustworthy is the number one way to get it.
This steps help engagement a lot
b utility is a common nd important factor in both user ends .......it adds value to projects nd community
04:21 here. And your voices sound like music. I guess I am sorta dreaming. I heard Batman is the new Christmas presenter.
So many giveaways from the inleo team. thanks for.the kindness.
4:25 AM in Spain
omg go to sleep
I woke up to attend to my son who has been sick with the flu and remembered the Space on X 😅
So many activities that keep the community going. The bread show is never a dull space.
Lots of enthusiasm and lots of laughter in the audience, that means it's a good show hahaha.
Yeah right.
I think GQ-NFT is right, we need the sanza impression of bread to listen to . And yes, Showing proof of what you're doing and involving the community without blowing the surprise. Building with them and rewarding them too ...nice! ☺️
Bean and breads 😃😃😃
People empowerment. Such a nice approach.
I can't thank you enough, I appreciate your teaching skills it's been quite engaging
empowering your people and also giving them the tools needed will help them engage bebetter.
It's 4:30 am but I've learned a lot even though I'm still feeling sleepy. To.keep.the community engaged get the people.involved and delegate roles to.them.
LOL! That's playing with people, Maison.
congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 love
Thank you, lucky me! 😍
Inspiring Hope, I love this point. I think I am super motivated when I am inspired so I think most people too could get engage due to that
everyone really has their amazing ideas of engagement and that is how different and unique our minds are. Giving out physical items and not just cash is good too.
congratulations to the winners☺️☺️
With all the promised give aways people will be happy to be stuck in here.
empowering people is really a good idea, and giving them the tools is a best thing to do
Who will be the lucky winner?haha
waking early this morning from here , it us really ama
it was a really great show, thank God I learnt from here. It was really a good show to learn from
Inspiration goes a long way. When people gers inspired, their creativity gets to be showcased. H
Just like how I am awake now because I am inspired by the giveaway, and I get to learn too while awake.
it is so good to spread
I do miss the Breads song. Wonder when will Breads' soundboard will get fixed so we get to hear it again.
It's definitely getting more interesting often and often
Congratulations to the InLEO winners, It pays to engage. It was an insightful souls and I like that the speakers explained well.
congratulations to the inleo winners
Lucky you, congrats! 😉
you too. All we do is win 🙂
Cheers! More to come 😅
Congratulations to the giveaway winner's
congratulations to the inleo winners what a great win today. Absolutely amazing you guys won here.
i really enjoyed the show , and I learned a lot from the show to
Air fryer?
congratulations to the winners in inleo
who are the winners please
Airfryer to be given to everyone? Not every knows how to cool and might be challenging to them
A nice give away, I must say :)
Patiently waiting
That makes sense - connecting with people emotionally and they will eventually talk (hype) about it.
Our human condition makes us give in to the emotional and sentimental, which can be very good for bonding, or a terrible disaster when the limits are crossed and the heart dominates reason.
Truth! That's why we got to know or learn how to manage our own emotions so that we don't get messed up.
Absolutely 😉
😆😆😆😆, the speaker is funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Random pick...... 😂
Like closing your eyes and pinpointing on a space to see who got it haha
Congratulations to the winners
Thank you for the amazing Space and to everyone who participated
Congrats to the community for providing a sensational start to the Music database. We are really doing well.
Closing in on 600.
Lets get to 1,500 by the next AMA.
bigger and bigger...it going to be more
Yep. Going to be a lot of work but worth it since the community seems excited.
Now to get things going.
things are warming up.....there are already many contributors involved now
Gonna give it my all to make it more than 1500 songs before next #ama!
I think we will make it.
My next goal is to have 500 songs on pages by then. Already to 70 and I see you are adding more to the list.
damn i'm proud of us
thank you good ser
Woott!! Congratulations, I'm very sure that goal will be met, hehe
I will try to be a part of it 😊
#musiconhive
Awesome! Kudos to those who keep adding on it.
Will be glad to keep adding to the list once the nodes are fixed so I can post properly again...!
I love music. What is required to post a song? Just post something from YT.
Mark Cuban is leaving Shark Tank. Does anyone care?
His last hit was putting "radio on the internet"
Timing is everything. The guy cleaned up on something that ended up as a dud.
oh yeah the timing of him selling out to Yahoo was at the almost exact peak of the DOT COM boom.
Yeah. Yahoo was priced at like $475 a share then.
All downhill from there. I think Verizon was paid to take it a couple decades later.
yeap. He buys a basketball team and rides the money the rest of his life.
Until he loses money in DeFi rugpulls.
LOL and complains a ton about it and how deif needs to be regulated...after a year of talking how it would revolutionize finance.
What a dick.
Exactly. I lost some money. please Mr. Government go get it back for me.
The worst.
Did I read he also just sold the Mavs?
Cashing out of everything to go and sip cocktails on the beach or what? ;)
right! Hopefully that.
the only other time people drop everything in that short of a time is become they are thinking about ending things in a bad way.
i hope it is a beach somewhere.
Joisus, that took a turn!
yes but that is one of the signs you are suppose to watch out for.
it is important to help people.
think of it like a mental stroke.

Charlie Munger passed away at 99 years old.
He was an OG investor and a Legend.
Who will be the new Legend when we reach 99?

I am. 🤣🤣. It's fun but you can take it seriously.
@khaleelkazi
Not going to lie. He is doing well plus he has Cybertruck coming.

Well he might be waiting awhile on the truck.
But I am sure he is excited.
I was wondering how those 2 were doing. Buffet is getting up there too in age.

Elon has suppressed my reach because he wants me to pay for premium plus. No problem. I have the time and money. Soon enough I will be earning $1000 monthly. It's only a matter of time. For now, we break even.
I want to see you earning 10x that on INLEO
That's more feasible than making $1000 on X.

I didn't try it today but I encountered the same problem yesterday. I think that problem hasn't been fixed yet.
This is the dark side of airdrop hunting. You spend so much time farming worthless airdrops. I would rather just gamble with my money.
Airdrop hunting was not meant to be that in first instance, as airdrops are designed to onboard potential USERS not potential rent-seeking, insta-dumping leechers that don't even know what is behind a project.

Hola and #gmfrens
It's a rainy hump day so no walk for us just yet. Let's just get this day's bread (stealing Forexbrokr's words) 😉
Enjoy the grind!
Good morning. It's winter morning and rain is unexpected here but still, I can see a little clouds in the sky. I hope you will make your day productive.
Some rains in winter can be refreshing :) I think it even controls the coldness.
Thank you and I wish you the best as well.
GM to you & thank you for using the #gmfrens tag on Threads. Listen to the most recent Hive Community Town Hall!
GM tokens are now on Hive Engine! To OPT OUT of comments visit @gmfrens.
A couple visual updates deployed to Labs
Main difference is the global settings update. Moving those to LeoCache makes them cross-device and they don't remove your settings on cache resets now
So if I set dark mode on desktop, it will set dark mode on mobile for the same #hive account
That's interesting. I am guessing this would work for bookmarks as well?
That's nice. At least we don't have to set them when on different devices. Thanks!
Question:
Once we signed into Labs to use the alpha version and then beta version does the GUI sign us into labs everytime therteafter?
Thanks
I'm thinking that any dapp which achieves mainstream success will not want to share resources with other dapps, even if it's on an L2. They will likely want their own chain in an interoperable blockchain ecosystem like Cosmos or Polkadot.
Plan for tomorrow, adding more songs to musiconleo!

will be posting tons of cybertruck content with mine in the near sooniverse on threads

yeah you can't afford to miss any task if you want to win something. 25 days to go 🥲
You too mate.
Very interesting description, thanks for the contribution and post this great opinion. #freecompliments
...taken as negative when they are not.

Remember that coin 1month ago that I got a $1k loan with 0% interest to buy?
I'm up 4x on it...
#inleo #crypto #leofinance #mydiary
well if you don't take profits and pay off the loan.
it is not worth
so we will wait to see the profit taking
I plan to hold the token long term, especially since I would have to pay taxes if I sold under 1 year, but I'll pay the loan ASAP, just need to get by December with all the gift spending 😅
Awesome! Cash that shit out while you're still up. That's one of the things I learned, if you double your value great. If you 4x, cash out immediately! Don't get greedy LOL take the win!
It's a long term bag.
If I cashout now I'll have to pay taxes on it, I need to hold at least 1 year to not pay taxes, and I'm expecting it to go higher still.
I'm also being paid for holding it by staking, $50 each month, which is good.
well good luck! Hope it does what you want
I never heard the name of the coin.
Congratulations to you for the profit.
It's a coin really low on the marketcap, it's basically a casino that shares 100% of the profits to stakers.
I'm basically receiving $50 passive each month for holding it.
We don't remember, but the blockchain does.
Have you got the receipt?
Got the tx id, and print screens, it was a really good buy!
Now I got to save up some money to repay the loan.

The quest for 10K songs is now in full swing.
I will be doing some of the preliminary menu mapping for some of the more popular artists to get them on their own pages.
Lets get this sucker filled.
maybe I could nominate some good Brazilian artists for this count? If I can, I'd like to nominate some rock, HC and pop rock groups.
Matanza, Charlie Brown Jr, Pitty, Raimundos and Mamonas Assassinas.
These are groups from different decades and all of them have been heard a lot by rockers and many other Brazilians.
There is no nominating. Submit the songs.
Follow the format listed at the top of this page. Do that with the tag and I will grab it and place it in the database.

Life will never be rosy all the time, but it is our attitude when life gets thorny that will determine how often the rosy days will come.
Hello friend how have you been?
This is to remind you that the campaign is still on and you can still make up for XP lost.
This is to also let you know that today is the day we will all know how the prizes will be distributed, thanks.
