I don’t think a community can be coordinated by a single person. Before a community is created, there should be a blueprint and a group of people with the same mindset to run it for the first 1 year. This set of people will keep it relevant

The term community by itself implies that it must be done as a team, there are many things that involve a project of interaction and creation, therefore it cannot be done alone, creating yes, but never managing.
I saw a video here on the threads the other day showing the power of the first follower and I thought it was incredible... the community has to be involved or the ideas will be incredibly difficult to develop.
Yeah yeah. They have to be involved together if not it will be difficult to build
It is certainly not easy to maintain a community, the ideal would be that several people work together, but nevertheless, I think that (at the beginning when it is still small) if it can be maintained with the work of a single person.
Are you for real that a single person can maintain a community at the beginning cause I feel they will get tired at a point and might want to give up if the community isn’t showing signs of growth
