that's a brilliant point. We should always compensate and pay people who work for us despite if they are doing it for free or out of generousity one way or the other because their time is worth being paid for.

The ones doing it for free deserve all the rewards as soon as it is possible haha, without them a project that is taking long to deliver since the mint will not be able to survive. It is easy to stay while making money, staying just because is where the real gold is. Of course, we need both, you can live just from love haha neither can the project
Yeah you're absolutely right, the willingness of such person to make such a dedication is a tangible one. And thus, compensating them shows that you appreciate their genuineness❤️
Nicely said, I honestly agree that we should always compensate and pay those who works hard for us irrespective of the fact that they either doing it for free or out of generosity, they need to be compensated and appreciated with payments
