Good equipment is undoubtedly necessary. Having a support network based on trust is not easy. Along the way we will find people who add up and others who don't, so we must learn and know how to value those who add up.

That's right, that's what I was referring to, it's vital to have a good team, but I guess that's part of being a leader, choosing the ones that add up and discarding the ones that don't.

Could it be the same engaged? Something like consuming the content of others (some prospective team member). See if their way of working and attitude can contribute to growth. I don't have much experience in that, but I think it would help.

Exactly, this is very important, to observe their attitude and commitment with the project and with their own personal growth, these are the people who add up, the intention counts a lot, that's what I see.
