Good equipment is undoubtedly necessary. Having a support network based on trust is not easy. Along the way we will find people who add up and others who don't, so we must learn and know how to value those who add up.

That's right, that's what I was referring to, it's vital to have a good team, but I guess that's part of being a leader, choosing the ones that add up and discarding the ones that don't.
