It was yummy. The pineapple jam I do is easy. I cut the pineapple very small and leave it with sugar in the fridge overnight and the next day I make the jam. And I use pineapple very ripe. #silverbloggers #foodie

It's a soft white fresh cheese that is made in Venezuela.
Oh okay. But, why is it called Guyanese and not Venezuelan ? :)
Its name comes from a town in the Venezuelan Guayana where it was made at first. Have you heard about the Guiana Shield (macizo guayanés) in geography? There are several types of this kind of cheese. Telita cheese, De Mano cheese :)
Okay. I have to google. I did not know anything about these. I was surprised coz I know there is a country called Guyana.
