No, it used to be more simple back in the day but now the Wild Card was introduced and recently MLB introduced multiple Wild Card entries. Each league American and National Leagues will be in the Wild Card rounds of the playoffs. That fluctuates but hopefully the Mets can continue winning games and get in as one of the Wild Cards. Division Winners are the the better teams. The Mets are in the NL East and the Phillies are the number one team. With tonight's win the Mets are now first in the Wild Card for now and in second place behind the Phillies but by many games out of first place.
I understand, now we hope that this sequence of victories can be maintained to qualify.

Not sure about him since I know nothing regarding his career. It did have a couple decent seasons with them.
Didnt seem to give up much and a legit big league arm. So not sure anyone can dispute this move. Not glamorous but does give Mendoza another piece in the BP especially with Nunez on the shelf.

When traded, you are not too worried, especially this time of year. The major league players are usually going from a losing team to one in the playoff hunt.

I'm the type of person who gets used to something, I rarely change it. I left ChatGPT, which was horrible and quite slow, and now I'm on Venice.ai, because I liked how fast it was.

The deal makes Tagovailoa the third-highest-paid signal-caller on a per-year basis in the NFL at $53.1 million, trailing only Joe Burrow ($55 million) and Trevor Lawrence ($55 million).
