Too much water can be life threatening. It affects the kidneys ability to eliminate the water, which in turn reduces the sodium levels in the bloodstream. The amount needed varies somewhat by person, but it is possible.

It burns like hell and I just drink water one after another glass until they become normal again but after a week or so.
Went for checkup they said it's normal just avoid stress
No clue? The limited research I did mentioned it took 'considerable amounts of water' to be a problem. One source said 15 liters, another 25+. I would 'assume' there must be something other than water that could be used as well.
