it's not safe to drink 5-6 litres of water a day
I drink a lot of water like a full glass every 5 mins & sometimes I even exceed 7-8 litres
I didn't know side effects before, headache is one of it

Wow, isn't that dangerous? I remember that theoretical maximum is around 25 liters, since this is limit for kidneys, but for most of people 6 liters lead to high pressure, headaches and nausea
8 litres?!
Do you just have a constant pee stream flowing haha?
how do you know I spend most of my day in toilet? Lmao 🤣
8 litres for real cuz of a condition I've to drink water the whole time.
Wow, the most I drink is about 4 liters, usually about 3, but never more than that, not even when I sweat a lot.
Mine is like everydays routine.
I have heard of a woman who died from drinking water. Supposedly she "drowned" her discs in her neck and they sort of prolapsed and hit something vital.
Is it true? I have never checked, so I don't know, but it sounds possible imo
I've asked ChatGPT and it says drinking too much water like 8-10 litres is very dangerous... headaches, seizures or coma and such thing can happen.
Sometimes I feel like my organs are all under water lol.
It makes sense. If you feel the need to drink so much water you should also see a doctor about it, there may be an underlying condition you need to have sorted out
it's been just couple of days went for a checkup and treatment but they said the condition I've is normal in this age.. just don't take stress and gave some medicine..
Too much water can be life threatening. It affects the kidneys ability to eliminate the water, which in turn reduces the sodium levels in the bloodstream. The amount needed varies somewhat by person, but it is possible.
you're right, what to do when you've "mouth blisters"?
It burns like hell and I just drink water one after another glass until they become normal again but after a week or so.
Went for checkup they said it's normal just avoid stress
No clue? The limited research I did mentioned it took 'considerable amounts of water' to be a problem. One source said 15 liters, another 25+. I would 'assume' there must be something other than water that could be used as well.
Everything in excess can harm our health, even water. But the recommended amount depends on factors such as the weather and if we exercise. On hot days, we should drink more than the recommended 2-3 lts to replenish the liquid we sweat.
will try to avoid drinking too much water... been drinking the same amount regularly despite of weather conditions... new fear unlocked. Haha!
Lol!! I, on the other hand, have to make an effort to drink more water. Especially because as we get older, we need to stay more hydrated ;)
I drink very little water per day, it's something that needs to be improved. By the way, there is an A.I. called DoctorGPT for medical purposes, but I don't think A.I. should be relied upon for medical purposes
it is called "water intoxication", but the real issue is the loss of electrolytes. The proper way is that you must have an eloctolyte solution and not just water. Also, the intake should be in small doses, throughout the day
