There are still some big audiences productions but indeed it tends to a more niche content. Could be us the generation that finally watch TV die? Cable is way expensive (at least here in Argentina) the basic service cost more than internet!

Sort:

There is certainly the generation component. I think we have to focus upon the types of programming to see what will die. Cable news, for example, is not watched by young people. That will die off.

Traditional TV is not getting new subs. People are looking elsewhere. The latest generation if all about TikTok and things like that. So there is a huge shift taking place.

Im in detox of every kind of news for the past months... Also social media, im only here and in twitter but with my Hive Argentina twiter account to share stuff about the community. The only thing im consuming are history podcasts

Not a bad idea. I dont watch too much stuff out of Hollywood, either films or television (at least the new stuff). I dont even have the access to the newer programming. I use the free apps which tends to have some older stuff.

I do watch a lot of YouTube videos, focusing upon #technology and things like that. We are watching the entire industry being disrupted completely.
