So I haven't mentioned this yet, and I will be making a post on @pepegame, but you DID unlock something. :)
You have 2 Invites now.
Use them wisely, because when someone you refer gets unopened packs with VOLTs, you get a referral reward which is a percentage of their VOLTs given for those packs.
Example:
Someone you referred gets 2 unopened packs for 1000 VOLTs. You get 80 VOLTs referral reward.
In addition, note that you will also get a percentage on VOLTs given for unopened packs for 3 more levels. So your referred's referreds, referred's referred's referred, and referred's referred's referred's referreds.
From the above example, you can see that the first referral level reward is 8%. Next is 4% then 2% then 1%.
The idea is to incentivize people to refer others who they feel would probably enjoy the game and may therefore get some packs to play and advance.
Note that there is no way to "UnInvite" someone. If you invite a person who is not interested, you can't be credited with another Invite to try to Invite someone else.
The current plan is to give 2 further Invites when you hit the next unlock requirement. So you unloced your first 2 Invites by reaching level 10 AND sending in 10 HBD for VOLTs. If/when you reach level 20 and have sent in at least 20 HBD for VOLTs, then you will be given 2 more Invites.

@kenny-crane so hear me out, why not reward the person that joins ? i mean if i have to convince someone to join and for them is the same as joining without my invite why would they follow me ?
First to reach level 10 could have been given idk 2 packs to open of free cards ?

It should be the case that no one can join the game without an Invite.
I just went through the Log In process with an UnInvited account I have, and I got the expected result:
Regarding getting to Level 10, there may be more given. Over at @metarobots we gave 1000 VOLTs to people who hit level 10. But we didn't give Invites there, which could be more valuable. But as I say, we may give something to Level 10 people or some other reward. We're thinking up the rewards as we go along.
Regarding this...
We hope there are some people who are wanting to join without being convinced. The thought about the referral rewards is that if there are a few people who hear you have Invites and are interested in being Invited in, then we figured a reward to You when They use VOLTs would encourage the most enthusiastic people to be the ones getting Invited by people like you with Invites. We'll see what happens!

This was already a thing, you could refer people from lvl1
So there are just 4 of us that had been given Invites when we launched. Now you're the fifth to have some. If the Invite functionality was working for others, that's a bug! I'll look into that.
