@kenny-crane so hear me out, why not reward the person that joins ? i mean if i have to convince someone to join and for them is the same as joining without my invite why would they follow me ?
First to reach level 10 could have been given idk 2 packs to open of free cards ?

It should be the case that no one can join the game without an Invite.
I just went through the Log In process with an UnInvited account I have, and I got the expected result:
Regarding getting to Level 10, there may be more given. Over at @metarobots we gave 1000 VOLTs to people who hit level 10. But we didn't give Invites there, which could be more valuable. But as I say, we may give something to Level 10 people or some other reward. We're thinking up the rewards as we go along.
Regarding this...
We hope there are some people who are wanting to join without being convinced. The thought about the referral rewards is that if there are a few people who hear you have Invites and are interested in being Invited in, then we figured a reward to You when They use VOLTs would encourage the most enthusiastic people to be the ones getting Invited by people like you with Invites. We'll see what happens!
So basically we're still testing parts of the system. Thanks so much for helping us out with feedback and game play!
