Leo.voter doesn't have anything to do with INLEO? Really? I'm not looking at anything that doesn't say LEO ... and, statistics are a thing ... and, you DID slide the goal post because there were no "consumers" in your first definition. There's no getting around the contrast between July 28 and January 6.
Now, you've had a few days to explain about that DDOS attack ... but you are just mentioning it now after @themarkymark mentioned it. You've also had a year to fix that so Leo's name isn't on it, unless it can't be fixed -- but you could have explained before I had to come along. "This is what is coming from the DDOS attacks, and this is how we prove our 13,000 are not from there." That's not what you're doing right now, @khaleelkazi. You're saying I'm cherry-picking. If you have the data sorted, you could just present it -- and I hope you have it and can, because, see, you also said this on July 28, 2023.
In July 2023, you said what we were supposed to look for as a problem -- and right now it looks like there's a bot that accounts for the accounts Leo Voter is creating. I don't see anything else associated with Leo in that account creation list that can account for 22,695 new accounts, or 13,000 active users by even your brand new 2025 definition. Chain data that Marky has put here and also Dalz's comparison of Hive 2023 and Hive 2024 yesterday confirm also that the user curve is basically FLAT ... Dalz's data analysis MIGHT allow for 7K in wiggle room ... but 7K is not 9.6K or 13K.
All we see is this with Leo's name on it, still running nonsense user names, transparently obvious user name variations, and STATISTICALLY (you can look up how people figure out the probability of likelihoods on big numbers with small ones on your own time) looking at one in every five, a bunch of accounts with nothing that would meet your July 28, 2023 definition. That has Leo's name on it. Those are account creation tickets being used in association with Leo. If it's a big spam attack, OK ... all you have to do is present on-chain evidence that the 23K accounts you tout adding, and the 13K active users you tout having, actually exist. Where do we go ON CHAIN, with on-chain data Dalz's entire comparison of Hive 2024 to Hive 2023 somehow has missed, to see these new active users?
Believe it or not, I hope you can do this, for Hive's sake and the sake of everyone who believes in you. It is not in anyone's interest that LEO not succeed ... but it must be on a solid foundation!

I think, being of sound mind, able to read, and able to remember just a little bit from day to day, that my comment does have just a little bit to do with INLEO.
I can also do a little math -- if @leo.voter onboarded around 1,000 people a month for sixteen months, and half of them stayed, that's 8,000 active accounts right there ... and we know that is who you are referring to as creator or consumer because you said it right there ... so then this WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY, except you just had to tell me that what I was talking about has nothing to do with INLEO... because if you told me the truth TODAY, that means those 8,000 in fact do not exist ...
and if this proposal passes and the 8000 Accounts will be the goal for 2025, every account costs the Hive Community about 50 HBD.
is it worth it?
50 HBD per account for onboarding is very reasonable (actually very good) compared to typical user acquisition costs of web2 applications. I wouldn't get too hung up on that number assuming everything else is accurate and correct.
