You're smoking fucking crack if you think real estate assets are going to continue to bubble until 2027. Maybe corrupt assets in China and valuations done by Vanguard et al but retards that bought a home this year are going to get assblasted in 2023 when their nest egg is worth .65

@eatthebugs the post I wrote is referencing 2024-2025 as the potential top and marks 2026-2027 as 1-2 years into a 4 year decline in Real Estate asset prices. ;)
