The Future Of The Dollar
If the dollar continues to decline all assets will continue to rise with the rate of inflation (currently analysts are predicting 5%-7.5% annual inflation).
Some Assumptions
Lets assume 40% inflation on assets like real estate over the next 5 years.
Lets also assume that crypto currency evolves to the point that real estate is now able to be purchased with crypto.
One more assumption is that the top 3 crypto currencies will continue to double each year for the next 5 years due to continued adoption by financial institutions.
Since we are in a theoretical conversation why not say the real estate market is likely to have a major correction in 4-5 years and prices have dropped 20%-40% (which is in line with previous corrections)
This would mean that the people who are storing up the right crypto currency would in theory be able to purchase 8X more real estate than the people who were saving dollars.
How Does Real Estate Fit Into This Future?
This theoretical future would make crypto a better investment than simply saving cash.
That being said, there will be many people over the next 5 years who still want to invest their cash into real estate that cashflows.
You can still buy real estate and it may make more sense to partner with those people. Use their dollars to invest in real estate and use your dollars to invest in crypto.
The Highest Return On Investment Strategy
✅ Buy Real estate with money partners (instead of using your own money)
✅ Build your business to generate massive cashflow
✅ Convert that cashflow into crypto currency
✅ Rinse and Repeat until you've reached your financial goals or Robots and AI eliminate the need for currency in any form
Conclusion
The future is going to unfold regardless of whether you are prepared for it or not.
⚠️ Yes, I believe in a future where we no longer use currency to transact, but that future could be 20-40 years away and will take time for the technology to be put in place.
⚠️ During these next decades massive changes will occur that will put a heavy burden on the working class.
⚠️ Real Estate will be one of the last sectors to be automated as we move to a renter nation.

Exactly, finally, someone who understands my point of view! Why settle for a far lower return? Why not expose yourself to the superior asset? Well, 8X makes a massive difference. Another view is... now only 12% of your portfolio value is required to purchase the real estate that would have taken all your initial capital.
You are now left with 88%, which can buy more properties or any other asset you so choose, including alternative digital assets. When talking property type purchase values, this is enormous capital in dollar or value terms.

I feel like that's one of the great side benefits of getting into crypto. It causes you to look to future trends and this real estate perspective is so on point. I feel bad so many others aren't converting more of the fiat and at least testing the waters in this sphere. 10-20 years from the people who chose not to versus most who did and stuck with it will be night and day.

@zacherybinx You've got the right idea my man! The tides have shifted and we see more growth potential on Crypto over all over the next 4-5 years. While real estate still has some room to run in this current bull market. We are only looking at 20-40% increase. Compared to the 100-200% increases we are likely to see on Crypto as a whole over the same time frame.
Obviously, crypto is a more volatile asset and will have major swings, but that is why holding and buying the dips is so important.

@eatthebugs the post I wrote is referencing 2024-2025 as the potential top and marks 2026-2027 as 1-2 years into a 4 year decline in Real Estate asset prices. ;)
