Talk buddy, talk! If it helps, talk to a complete stranger. I bumped into one last week and talked with him for 3hours and felt great afterwards. Sometimes we just need to get it all out 💙

i don't know why but i never had talked before with anyone nor I can even if I try.... have thought for more like an hour to click on thread and post it or not before posting this.
I get it, I really do. Men find it more difficult to talk than women, but talking really helps. One might give you a good idea or might not, but getting stuff of your shoulders and sharing it with others helps.
Truly I felt better to talk with you on this and will try to get it off my shoulder.. I guess it's better to start with writing a journal.
Thank youuuu.
Journal is great too! I've been writing a diary since I was 13 and now my Actifit reports have become my public diary ;) I moan and whinge there to my heart's desire!
I struggle too, especially this year, but on good days I find pleasure in lending my ear and shoulder to others that struggle too. If you feel like chatting, hit me up in Discord 💙
may you've ease and all the happiness in life. It really means a lot you said. I'll remember this foreva. Thank you for being here at this point of life.
You're Awesome!!!
Aww, thank you :) And you are awesome too, fren. Your memes always make me laugh :) We need to laugh more in these sad times. When I first laughed out loud after a month or so, I felt like I woke up from a bad dream :)
I've met a 23 years old girl last week and at her young age she's anxious 5 times more than me and with very little hope for the future, despite speaking 4 languages and being on the last year of Uni. It's really sad to see young people
struggling so much before even fully starting their lives. The times are tough. When I was her age, I was too busy creating my future to be anxious. I had plans and myself only to count on, but I also had a lot of hope.
