As I write on Leo Finance, one of my objectives is to expand the reach of this website.
I have been writing for a financial website called Seeking Alpha since 2009. Currently, the website has an Alexa rank of 1,081.
I though it would be a good idea to provide a link to my Leo Finance page in Seeking Alpha.
Linking to websites that have a higher page authority is a good way of increasing the rank and exposure for Leo Finance.
You can see my Seeking Alpha profile page where I have linked my Leo Finance page.
I will be doing the same with few other financial publications where I write.
Let's help Leo Finance get bigger in the coming quarters.

Does Seeking Alpha allow you to link to external sites within the articles you write? Could be a good chance to put some links under the anchor text you choose.

We can do that...Considering the start, I am optimistic about the future...The year 2021 can be big...We just need to keep posting quality content and each individual can work on the marketing aspect.
The Leo coins are like our share in the company. Each of us as shareholders. And we need to make the company big by our contribution. We only benefit in the end.

You mention in your post that getting links from higher ranked sites improves the ranking. This is true, for sites with higher Domain Autjority - Google, the operator of Google Analytics doesn’t care about Alexa.
Thenthere’s the attribute nofollow for links. A link marked nofollow tells the search engines to not follow that link. And the SA website link to Leo is marked nofollow. So it won’t affect the ranking of Leo (pass on any Google juice).
But, as said, appreciating the link nevertheless!

It is actually sound practice to make outgoing user profile links nofollow, because they are usually “not vetted”.
Users can put paid links or links to for example gambling sites there. That type of links could be penalized by Google, especially if many users do after they turn inactive, so nofollow is recommended.

Being that seeking Alpha is essentially a model for this site that is a great idea. I was an avid user of SA back in the day and it has always been an active site.

Have been voicing cross linking HIVE, 3Speak and in some lesser extent Leo profile pages to many HIVE based users creating music, posting their works at YouTube, Soundcloud, MixCloud, Bandcamp and even Spotify and share and blog about it on HIVE. Some do it, many don't.
Added bonus of cross linking profile pages with none-HIVE based services: It establishes a level of trust!

If you do write on stock markets, you can become a contributor to Seeking Alpha. They pay well for articles on U.S. stocks.
In addition, you can promote Leo Finance. Through your profile page link and link on articles.

I use to go to SA all the time I feel lien the quality of the articles has fallen off. I’m looking to move Reddit users over to Leo for daily stock discussions. I’m also actively trying to get stocktwits folks over here too.
