Yes I did but i didn't get a good response.
I was told that only Khal could help but he never responded and I even went further to message him privately but he didn't still give a reply.

It can be hard to get to Khal right now, since he's working a lot on dev things and also he was sick too. You might wanna try again, they won't refuse to help you, but yeah, if only Khal can do it, it will be kinda hard since he has a lot going on right now.
I thought as much and that is why I'm still trying to reach out to him by using the feedback hashtag as that is one thing he looks at once in a while.
10 HBD is kinda huge for me if not I would have just let it go but I need it.

No I didn't open a ticket, I didn't even know that was how to get help, thank you for mentioning that now.
I did made a complaint and no one told me what to do, I was only told that you are the one that can help me.
