This was really a bad experience. From few to two hours. Did the network really cone back? #talkingpoint

Yes it did, after I must have left to do some other activities and go back.

I think this experience is fair. I think there was a time your transaction was not resolved for more than 24 hours and your dad was on your neck. That should be the worst right? Tell us about it. #talkingpoint.

🤣🤣yes you're right.

Please tell us about it. That was actually during the cash shortage period.

I was rendering a home service, making use of my terminal to make withdraw. The network was poor, so when it came up I had to make withdrawal it debited him twice and only one reverse within 24hrs. He was on my neck for the second one.

I knew how terrible this must feel. He will think you are the cause or somehow you made mistake.

Yes it did, after I must have left to do some other activities and go back.

You mean you waited for 2 whole hours and was your problem resolved?

To be honest with you, it was tiring.

I can imagine

The queuing is nothing to write home about, all we do is rearrange the queues and keep piling up #talkingpoint

Queuing in bank is a bad experience, especially when people that knows people don't have to but just to work direct. And you just be in the queue.

Every ne in Nigeria have had a similiar experience. Its painful

I guess you know how it feels. #talkingpoint.
