It was 2020 immediately we came out of co-vid19 pandemic

That period wasn't easy for me as a single mother, I go out in fear and come back in fear
Why you may ask?

then, there was a lot of fake information on Internet putting much fear to humanity

Sometimes, even to out to get food wasn't easy and no one knows how long the pandemic will last.

that time too, I felt sick and was afraid going to hospital to check so that they won't quarantine me for fear it may be co-vid19

when I went to hospital to check is the cause of steady migraine, to mu surprise,it was stress

The doctor told me to stop working or go blind
I didn't believe what he said

I went to amAn Ophthalmologist to confirm the first result and you know what, he said, you have stressed so much madam, your eye cells are at risk

I started reading, change my lifestyle and reduce my work

41%world population is suffering a lot of stress

Stress is hard to really define. It usually doesn't feel good. I get headaches. I have been getting better about not using food to deal with my stress. Stress can cause an increase in cortisol which causes your body to store fat around your middle which is bad for your heart. I have been walking and doing light strength training every morning for about 5 or 6 weeks now. Lost count. One of the things I find stressful is being late or even just on time for an appointment.

stress is had to deal with especially at early stage because you may not really know is stress.

I'm happy you are getting better
Stay healthy.

It's an ongoing work in progress! Thanks very much
