Sort:  

If the person sleeps 8 hours every day it is 1/3 or even more if a small nap is taken in the afternoon

It should be at least 8 hrs a day. Anything below that is unacceptable and unproductive for me personally. Furthermore, sleep is like the downtime, it should be quality downtime as well.

valid point and good quality sleep matters too

that is some fine analysis of human sleep I think the quality of sleep matters too
