I decided to read today, it's been two weeks one day and 4hours I laid my hands on books. 80/20 principles by Richard Koch helped. I strongly recommend.
What's your therapy when you feel perhaps?

I will read, discuss with someone on an important issues or watch reality shows.
Ok.
I haven't been reading a lot of books lately. Is that book motivational?
Yes, is moltivational. Especially for business men and women.
its normal, but music do go a long way to ease me
Yes, I agree with you on that too.
Okay. Would u please elaborate on 80/20 principles...
The 80/20 principles. Let me use a company for an instance, you have 20% of customers that buys your product while 80% are potential customers. Now will you invest more on the 80% of customers who may not likely to buy what you sell or invest more on the 20% who readily wants to buy from you.
As a business owner you Chanel your energy on the 20% who buys from you. Have a customer service where you get their complains on how to improve more on your product. That way you experience growth and improve more.
Got it. Thank you for the elaboration.
You're welcome
Music has been my go-to therapy, expressing myself when am sad can be tiring so I usually do music.
I love music too, but that comes out as distraction.
For me, music isn't a distraction at all. In fact, when I'm working, listening to gentle and cool music actually helps me focus better. It sets a nice atmosphere and keeps me on track.
