Yeah. Same here. So much pump within a few hours seems unreasonable but it's great to see it happening. We have a new ATH now.

Not yet. It pumped here a few months ago and it also hit over $8.00 back when it was still called that other thing.

Oh, I didn't consider that. I am taking Hive as a new independent blockchain and counting the time since it became a new Coin.

Well, yeah, technically it's could be a new ATH since it wasn't actually called HIVE when it hit those numbers. That said, it's kind of like the record books for when a sports franchise moves cities. The Minnesota Twins, for instance, were actually the Washington Senators until they moved to Minnesota in 1961. So, while there are records set for the Twins, most records are attached to the actual franchise, meaning that in order to break team records, a player has to better anything done while the franchise was in Washington as well.

Semantics, I grant you. The price is the price. But I just got my 4 year badge for being on Hive. Hive hasn't existed for 4 years so how could I get that badge? Because technically the "franchise" includes the time before the fork as well....

I too think the price will retreat some, but I'm hoping it will only fall to the 0.80 range - call it the 'Splinterlands Effect'. Then hopefully another leg up when some of the upcoming great projects are finally launched.

I see HIVE $1.00 or more sustained by year's end.

❤️ This. Hive's development pace has been great this year. The ecosystem is expanding and projects like Splinterlands and Leo Finance are playing a major role in our success. Onwards and upwards!
