I think it's cool if the transaction charge is that cheap. I've paid some outrageous fees, 0.01 Hive is a steal. I've never exactly moved Hive by myself before.

I would think so. It seems to be working for the author of the post. HIVE is listed on a number of exchanges with USDT (TETHER) and BTC pairings.
