Yeah. This is the one in China, not the supposed one that killed two people with nobody in the car.

The thing is Tesla has all kinds of data, probably more so than any other company. So if people try to lie, they won't get very far.

Yea but you can openly manipulate data so you need someone who understands the system. If Tesla wanted to cover things up, they can do so by misrepresenting the data. I don't think they would do that, but I leave it in the realm of possibilities since they are getting so much pushback from China.

Nah I think at this point they are stuck giving out the raw data if they do.

Keep in mind this is the first time they have gone this route and released things.

Each time before they reviewed it themselves. They also said they are willing to give more, like up to 6 minutes before the crash, to a third party to review.

On this one, I think Tesla knows they are on secure ground.
