I don't see that UI error on my screen. I am also a bit surprised that CUB price isn't really moving despite the increase in price of HIVE.

CUB is still very niche, even more so than Hive.
It will take time for more development. Hive has exchange exposure and a bit of a track record. Cub, not so much at this point.
