Just the FUD on TV outlook most likely. He isn't really knowledgably about the crypto space but he isn't against me investing in it either.

Yeah well I guess you have it as good as can be expected if one is somewhat neutral.
It is amazing how so many are viciously against it.

Well my parents don't really care. I didn't get any allowance during my childhood so I am more financially conservative than most of my friends. In my parents opinion, earning money is fine so long as you are not doing anything illegal and pay taxes on it.
