Well I think it is a better approach than California where they wont prosecute shop lifting under $900 or whatever.
At least prostitution, as long as it isnt done on the street, doesnt really affect anyone other than those directly involved.

Pot will most likely be legalized nationwide within 1 to 3 years. Beyond Nevada, prostitution - nah, I don't see it (but it does make sense from a public health and taxable standpoint).

I have no problem with legalized prostitution.
And yes I agree with you on pot. It is rather stupid to have it illegal anymore especially since alcohold was legal.
