Wow, all of this really does sound interesting. The fact that the project handlers are setting up so much infrastructure in order to prevent spam is something really noteworthy and IMO is a good way to prove their legitimacy(Not fully convinced yet though, still gotta do my research).
Also, I like that they are particular about attracting investors who are in it for the long run, with all the craze going on in the market lately it is absolutely needed.
All in all it seems like a good project for me.
