There are a lot of Baby Boomers who are going to be heading out of the workforce. That is something that cannot be disputed. The BBs were the largest demographic ever (now the Millennials).
So their exit will leave a hole in the world force especially at the upper levels.

Add in all the automation and I expect even less recovery in the labor market.
