A lot of people say they aren't worth it. But I use it everyday and have not done bad with it. 4 times I've gotten 2000 DEC. I got a Gold Common (my first and still only gold card). And then there's this beauty:
So the extra chests from quest potions has treated me well.

Oh that is a nice one. Sold mine a while back to invest in LEO projects. I did not know that @splinterlands was going to blow up like it did, at least not this early in the game!

From time to time I'll rent it out (44.45/day lowest rental), but I'm definitely not ready to sell it - well yet (even though lowest sales price is $115.00)

I bought like 130 Sandworm cards when I first started playing at the end of July and created a level 6. It was actually before I realized I needed higher ranked summoners to even use it. lol They were still well under $1.00 at the time. Turned out to be a good investment and it's a great card to have. I still can't actually play it but I rent it out daily for 80-100 DEC/day. 80 at the beginning of the season and 100 towards the end. I combined the other 30 to make a level 4 I can actually use....

That was a real smart move!

Card rentals are done one a 1-for-1 basis, right? Or can you rent your 1 card to several people at the same time?

No. You can only rent to one person at a time. Then when the rental is over, your card will be in time out for a while before anyone else can use it to include yourself.

I had a feeling that rentals were one person per card. Still, it's happening in the digital world so I wasn't sure.
Renting a card is like renting power tools: one person at a time for a fixed term or until conditions are met.

And then you get the power tool back with both batteries drained!

That's like returning a VHS tape back to the video store without rewinding it!
