The icons didn't just get slightly bigger and change position (reply, upvote, etc.)
We also disallowed clicks in that region. Fixing the accidental clicking next to the upvote button which would open the thread. Was annoying, now fixed

Also, a minor thing for next time you're looking at bugs; emojis in Threads don't seem to work for me in Brave. But it might just be something I'm doing, of course !
