You can use Transak to buy Hive/HBD. Leo's a little more complicated, though.
interesting. how are the fees and does it require KYC?
Fees are pretty reasonable as far as I'm concerned. I don't believe any KYC is required. They might want it for larger transactions, but not for anything I would have done.
