Heads up, if you have received UNIH token into your Etherum Wallet - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL IT !
It will drain ALL YOUR $RUNE tokens. I am attempting to get my head around this issue and will aim to write an article with the findings, it seems to be the first ever case I've seen where Approving a token on Uniswap V3 can lead to other tokens being automatically transferred out of your wallet (in this case $RUNE)

What is your opinion on Cardano and SOLANA? Do you think these two coins have any future or use cases to keep them in demand?
I like Cardano because of its development team. Charles Hoskinson who started Cardano was also the cofounder of Ethereum.
I don't know much about Solana.

Nickel is used everywhere, but Tesla's purchase of the metal may be a signal to other users of nickel to buy. I'm not expecting nickel to each USD 22 per pound as it did decades ago, but it should rise from the USD 7 per pound or USD 8 per pound whre it's been for a few years.

Depends upon if the supply massively increases.
People overlook that when there is a massive increase in demand for a particular commodity, then the companies look to get more material out of the ground for less money.
Hence the price can often go down over time. Look at oil and how it dropped as a result of fracking.

After looking at DLease, the return is between 12 - 12.5%. Plus its for specified times so I'd have to pick new lessees every 60/90 days. leo.voter pays better and seems to be no hassle. Pretty sure thats where I'm going.
