That is too bad. He did a great job upping his numbers. That is why we need a larger pool of people to draw from. Some have to step back at times for various reasons.

Yea, I'll try to do some magic by managing my time like a pro but things might slow down a bit on my ends now that I'm back to work.

It hasn't been officially discussed yet, but it's the standard and also it's an important project that's been causing some trouble. If I'm able to fix it I believe a bonus is on the table.

There is certainly a lot of talks about engagement , that's for sure .
If someone decides to engage , they will certainly land here . I keep on talking about LMT and keep on promoting it in newbies post and wherever I get a chance to .

Hopefully some start to see the value in it. Thus far, it seems we keep seeing the same people coming back. Oh well, that is how it works I guess. We just need to keep doing our thing and increasing the numbers however we can.
