There is a task on Zealy that is literally prompting you to respond to 10 zapfic stories. I don't think it will stop for now.
No, I saw people responding more than 10 consecutive threads in a zapfic without waiting for other people to participate, just like it were their threadstorm. That is not the game at all, so, spamming
