Free land? That's something new. I never heard of it.
Yeah it is spreading. This is going to be happening over all of the developed world. Some towns are giving away free houses. This is happening in Italy and Japan. Not top notch houses or new models. They need work.
Yes, this is now making sense to me. I heard of demographic problems in Germany and Japan, and perhaps elsewhere.
A lot of it is tied to population decline and demographics. These are rural areas that are losing people. It can be revitalized with remote work.
Why do I find such development exciting?
