I think that will help to attrack new users and will benefit the small ones with low followers or less know. The quality will show and will have more chance to get an upvote. That way the friendsihps upvotes will get lower rates.
My idea is that the algorithm can be options that the user can modify or at least have the source public for everybody know how works and what show first.

Question: I delegated 4,000 Hive to Leo.Voter .... Then I tried to add another 2,000 ... for a Total of 6,000 Hive Power ... But for some reason it now says I only delegated 2,000 and 4,000 is in Limbo ? How do I delegate 100%
When you delegate the new number replace the previus. If you delegate 2000 HP this number replace the 4000 so in 5 days you will get back the diference. If you want addition HP you have to add numbers.

The problem is that every thread could end up filling one's twitter feed. All might not like that. But I would like a button on each thread to tweet it like we had with articles before.

The industry survived China's crackdown years ago. Where most blockchain (bitcoin) infrastructure were stationed. I dont think the SEC witchhaunt would do much.
