Then I was living in Uyo and had visited a friend who begged that I make the soup cos he's craving it, lol. I asked if he would teach me how but he said, DIY 🙆He gave me money to go buy the ingredients needed.
I had no choice than to head to the market. Luckily the elderly woman whom I bought Bitterleaf from was kind enough to chip in the ingredients needed and how to prepare it.
**Bitterleaf, Waterleaf, Egusi, Dry Fish, Beef, Smoked Fish, etc
Last was periwinkle and my soup stock was ready. I set it down.
Next I got a dry pot poured palm oil, added onion and began to fry the Egusi. Once fried, I added the waterleaf and fried more. Few minutes, I poured the soup stock.
After boiling for few minutes, I added the Bitterleaf.
Few minutes more, the soup was ready and can be eaten with any type of swallow
When I served him he was astonished how I was able to crack it.
