instead of replacing my tired with a giant gash in it, they replaced one of my brand new tires with a new tire...
so I had to go back in and show them that the tire that's fucked up is still there since they replaced the wrong one. then they proceeded to tell me that they did a warranty claim for me instead of just putting the tire I purchased on... the manager was dumbfounded.
so I ended up with 2 new tires because they didn't follow the manager's direction to take the one they put on off, replace it with the original, and out the new one on the correct rim.
What a situation... These things involving cars, for example, we must always be aware. You did the right thing to be very careful about this and pass the situation on to the manager.
The stupidity is starting to run rampid.... in New York everyone is stoned now and service gets a little lost sometimes! Sorry you had to deal with that. Mixed new tires tho

Be consistent and show up.
Listen to people's thoughts and advice.
Trust only yourself; have faith in people but do not rely on a single entity to hold things up for you, and always be ready to take the reigns.
Be as fair, understanding, and kind as possible - within reason.
Don't trade if you don't have the mettle to handle big swings in price. My biggest losses came from 'emotional' trades (fear vs. greed).
